We were not greeted warmly. The lady at the reception was unfriendly. THE room is ok, unfortunately the bed is too small for two adults. The breakfast buffet is ok. You just don't see any of the staff smiling or greeting you. Here the guest is not king, just tolerated.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. The breakfast is also very extensive. It's just a shame that there is no real wardrobe in the rooms. Just a coat closet. There is also no safe or refrigerator in the room in case you would be staying in the room for a longer period of time. We rented bicycles from the hotel and they were in good condition. This allowed us to see Berlin easily.

Overall, a good hotel in a convenient city center location near the Zoo train station. Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was a bit bland and monotonous; some variety in the daily offerings would be helpful and more sustainability instead of the numerous disposable packaging. The beds are also very hard.

A good hotel with a really great location in the western part of the city. The subway and S-Bahn can be reached in a few minutes on foot, and there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity on Kantstrasse. We had a room facing the railway, with the window closed there was no railway noise thanks to the good sound insulation. The rooms are practical but also furnished in a slightly conservative style. What should be highlighted is the very extensive breakfast buffet, which is constantly refilled. If you need it, you can get your currywurst here for breakfast. We noticed that even when there was a lot of traffic, the staff were constantly wiping down the vacant tables. Friendly welcome at reception and helpful support with one problem or another. We attended an event at the Theater des Westens, which is a seven-minute walk from the hotel. Many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Anyone looking for a solid, centrally located hotel with good connections is well advised to choose this hotel.

We chose the 3-star hotel because of its location - and enjoyed the short distances. The reception was professional - unfortunately there was no more parking space in the hotel, so we switched to a parking garage 100 meters away following the reception's recommendation. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Only the narrow queen-size beds and the glass door to the bathroom, which is also a wardrobe door, lead to points being deducted. The bathroom was very nice, clean and well equipped - including a very long shower rail so that even tall people can shower. After the first night we ordered a topper for the bed, which was delivered without any problems, so that we could sleep well on the second night. However, the good impression up until then was marred by the breakfast: mass processing, butter, jam, etc. in plastic packages, only two types of rolls, no fruit salad, no orange juice, at best semi-skilled and very young service staff, dull knives, and, and, and. There was also a hell of a noise in the breakfast room. The only bright spot: three coffee machines were in use, so there was only a short wait. You should take the notes left in the room about the rush for breakfast seriously! A positive aspect was the bar, which is directly adjacent to the reception, which requires a high degree of flexibility from the employees but also ensures that guests have a bartender at all times. Here again: fast, professional service. Conclusion: Not exactly cheap for a 3-star hotel in the heart of Berlin but worth the price.
