Convenient hotel near LMU. Rooms are not big, but efficient. Worst are the German beds: the blankets are too short! Please Germany, be nice to a tall Dutch. Breakfast gave some comfort, though.

A very wonderful place to stay. Very good location and the staff is very helpful and kind. They make you feel very welcomed. Rooms were clean everyday and they offer you a breakfast every morning! I would stay here over and over again. It’s very cozy and makes you feel right at home.

Quietly located in the bustling university district. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Quiet room location. (Although there was an 80's flair in the decor, which didn't bother us as we were only there one night). Lovingly prepared breakfast, with quite a large selection for the rather smaller hotel. Elevator available! Very friendly and helpful staff! We would recommend it and come again!!

Very clean, small and cozy hotel. The charming service, very polite and attentive to make the stay very pleasant. The very complete and abundant breakfast served in small dining rooms decorated with very good taste and very cute details. It is located in the university neighborhood, with a lot of atmosphere, restaurants, bars... next to the English Garden and the museum area. It has a metro and many buses and is a 20-25 minute walk from Marienplazt. It is two minutes from St. Michael's Church where Ludwig II of Bavaria is buried and the price of accommodation is very affordable. In short, highly recommended.

Excellent price/performance ratio and super centrally located! Certainly a bit old, but everything was very clean and the service was sensational and courteous. Right in the middle of the action and yet very quiet. Both public transport and, for example, the English Garden can be reached within minutes on foot. This was definitely not my last visit to this hotel and I can definitely recommend it. The breakfast was also excellent and had a nice selection! TOP!

Although the building is not modern, I felt that it was maintained with care. Overall, it was clean and tidy, and because it was near a university, there were many good-value restaurants and the street atmosphere was nice. 👍

Excellent staff, they were able to accommodate an earlier check in time due to the arrival of our flight. Very convenient to the train. Bus stop on the corner. There is a small lift in the hotel. Limited street parking. Very clean, the rooms are a bit small and the bathroom and shower are small. Not a lot of space for extra luggage, but there was a wardrobe. Room is equipped with a safe, a hair dryer, soap/body wash, shoe horn, and bottle opener. No face/wash cloths for USA guests. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We managed to get around the city using the S/U bahn and walking. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. Some of the staff were English speaking which was very helpful. Since the hotel was close to the University, I was concerned about street noise but this was not an issue. The hotel was quiet.

The hotel was booked for me. The location is great. I walked to the pedestrian zone, but I could also have used the University subway stop. The English Garden is around the corner. The service is very good, the breakfast is extensive, only the vents on the window, which were directly above my head, caused a cold draft. Quite uncomfortable in sub-zero temperatures. I was able to help myself by placing the back of the second bed, which was unused as a couch, in front of it. Otherwise, I was very satisfied and, in retrospect, I'm annoyed that I didn't use the sauna.

Perfect hotel - small, but very nice!I'm constantly staying in hotels for business purposes. For me, the Hotel Hauser in Munich is one of the best hotels. Mega courteous service, air conditioning in the rooms, very quiet rooms facing the inner courtyard, resident parking permits for €8/day. A breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired and that many other hotels would be happy to copy. Family + professional atmosphere. I say: it doesn't get any better!I will always come back when I am in Munich.
