Time may have stood still a bit there, but for Munich and the good public transport connections, the well-balanced range of services and price are right.

Only been there for one night, but great reception and nice rooms. It's just an old building with a lot of charm. Perfect location.

I am really very disappointed with the stay. The house is extremely old-fashioned, the rooms are noisy, the socket almost fell out of the wall, there was hair and crumbs in the closet and for a single room there is only a very small toilet and shower in the hallway. The shower was also ice cold and there was no one to be found at reception, so I reported the problem by phone. At first it was presented as if I hadn't used the shower correctly (the shower was still ice cold after running for 20 minutes at full temperature). What could you do wrong? Then they said someone would look at the whole thing. Very unfriendly service. The next day the water was still cold. No breakfast option is also a disgrace for a hotel. At least the situation was good. For such poor service, €110 for two nights is a lot of money for me. There is clearly no recommendation from me!

For the price of €129 per night, the house is an imposition. I was forced to spend the night there because of a trade fair. Check-in was only possible at 7:30 p.m. due to the owner's absence. After I was informed that there was no parking space, the next step was to pay in advance. I would describe the atmosphere in the house more as a dormitory for seasonal workers, there is definitely nothing like a hotel atmosphere here.Of course, breakfast is not available (maybe it's better that way). The only thing worth mentioning is the location with good public transport connections. But I wouldn't recommend it.

Old-fashioned hotel, 70s, television only 4 channels available, reception not staffed, bathroom very small and cramped. Room clean. Too expensive for this equipment: 99 euros without breakfast, no hotel parking space

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.We had 2 double rooms but the second one was not a double room basically it was a 1.5 room so we asked to change room and they put us in the most disgusting room that I have ever seen. There were giant spider webs at the roof, the walls were full of mould, the bed sheets had blood stains, the bathroom was to small and the shower sink was not working so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to go down in order to have both shower. When it came to sleep we realised that the pillows we had was some huge pillows for couches and definitely not for sleep so if you try to sleep your neck will be destroyed after a few hours. The walls are also very thin and you hear everything from the outside and the other rooms. But the worst thing is that there was not heating. It was the 3rd of September outside it was like 13 degrees Celsius it was raining and the walls were wet and it was freezing inside our room but at the reception told us that the heating is working from October but when we booked this place from booking.com they said.they had heating and they told me that I had to look at the weather forecast and take some heavy clothes but the thing is that when you go to sleep in a hotel that you have paid 70 euros you are not supposed I think to wear the skiing equipment. So they didn't turn the heating on both our throats were dead after sleep, booking.com didn't refund us, the hotel denied to give us our money back.
