We stayed in this residence for two nights. The structure is a little dated and is undergoing work. During our stay there were some problems, some resolved, others not. The property's internet connection had problems and the girl at reception promptly resolved the problem by providing us with another network to connect to. In the room one of the windows did not close, we reported the problem and it was not resolved. The elevator did not reach our floor (the seventh) due to a fault and stopped on the sixth. Cleanliness was good, but more attention would have been appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Munich, and I want to share my experience, particularly regarding our accommodation. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a spacious room, which made our stay even more comfortable. While the room didn’t have air conditioning, it featured plenty of windows that provided excellent ventilation, allowing us to enjoy fresh air throughout our stay.The bathroom was impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a hose and nozzle in the toilet for self-cleaning. This thoughtful addition made the experience much more hygienic and added a modern touch to the facilities.One of the standout features of our trip was the location of our hotel. It was conveniently situated close to München Hauptbahnhof, the main railway station in Munich. This made it incredibly easy to explore the city, as the station offers extensive transport options. We had access to both underground and above-ground trains, allowing us to navigate Munich and its surroundings with ease.A special mention goes to the receptionist, Rabie Alsaifi, who provided us with exceptional service. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our stay, making our experience even more enjoyable.I highly recommend purchasing train tickets from the main counter at the station. It turned out to be a fantastic decision that saved us a lot of money. For a family of two adults and two kids, we bought a 6-day transportation pass for just 42 euros. This pass covered all public transport options, including buses, trams, and trains—everything except taxis. It made getting around the city both affordable and hassle-free, letting us focus on enjoying our time in Munich.Overall, I had a wonderful experience in Munich, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to public transport.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the station.The apartments were luxurious.We stayed with my husband and children.The room had everything you needed.Its own kitchen, with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, thought out to the smallest detail.Even an oven lined with parchment paper. All dishes and cutlery, even kitchen utensils.Cleanliness is perfect everywhere.

Hotel very well located, right next to the train station and Lidl, and 15 minutes from the city center.The neighborhood is still noisy. A building is being constructed across the street from the hotel and workers start at 7am.The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

I travel around DE very often and also enjoy staying in boarding houses. But this one is by far the worst in DE. Interested guests should be informed in advance that this boarding house is designed primarily for guests from Arab countries. Accordingly, the entire house is not based on the standards of a boarding house at other locations. Compared to other boarding houses, this one is not really clean, the furniture is in need of overhaul and is battered in many places. The feel-good factor of this boarding house is really only bearable for one night, quite apart from the location. I will definitely not book this boarding house again and I cannot recommend it.

First of all, its location is perfect, if you are going to stay in a hotel in Mühih, you should choose this location. The temperature of the rooms was very good, we slept with a t-shirt in winter.It is very suitable for a long or short stay for a family, large and comfortable rooms, and there are all kinds of equipment needed in the kitchen. The staff is friendly. You can communicate in many languages. They also have staff who speak Turkish.At the reception, our brother from Malatya (I think his name is Deniz) deserves the biggest star, he is a perfect guest, Perver is a real businessman 👏👏👏

Overall Ok. Room rate was very reasonable but we were charged Euro 23 for parking and our room was located on the ground floor, the parking lot was next to our window. We arrived rather late after visiting the Mercedes Benz Museum and decided to have our dinner at the hotel’s bar & restaurant. Food and service were good.

Great room, very comfortable with family. There is a refrigerator, a stove, a table, you can cook your own food.Very friendly staff. We arrived a few hours early, they quickly prepared a room for us. While they were waiting, the children were treated to a free hot drink.The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. There are shops nearby: Lidl, Kik.

The Turkish guys that work the overnight shift are terrible and offer zero help! It feels like they want to take advantage of you because the labor laws are so lenient in Germany they can’t get in trouble. This is a great location but the service from the Arabs at the front desk is extremely sketchy. If you’re an American visiting Munich, I would stay elsewhere

The apartment itself was great, but the staff or one of the two we met was extremely unfriendly and, among other things, made racist statements such as "Normally we don't let people like you in here", and constantly started and did unnecessary discussions ourselves admitted that it is because of our origins. Afterwards he called constantly and even came into the room to check that we weren't doing anything, so unfortunately you didn't feel comfortable and you felt like you were being harassed. And that even though we behaved completely correctly and were neither loud, unfriendly or anything like that. Afterwards, even after the poor service, we left the apartment very clean and tidy.The other employee was very accommodating and nice. The apartment was completely ok for the price, but all in all a bad experience, we wouldn't come back.
