Danger. The most worrying thing is that there are cockroaches in the bathroom. We stayed 3 nights. The first night we fell asleep early and didn't see them. The second time we thought we saw some but when we turned on the bathroom lights, they ran to hide. The third time, when we went to bed much later, they could already be seen running along the walls and in the shower. We couldn't sleep because we were so disgusted, we sent a message and he replied on the way to the airport that they were sorry and that "have a good trip." The worst thing is that 3 days after leaving, I have fever and diarrhea due to the lack of hygiene. Who knows what I caught there.Other incidents are,-The windows are full of pigeon shit, you can't open them or you will catch more diseases.-The kitchen light doesn't work, we had to go with flashlights.-The air conditioning doesn't work, you're dying of heat-Uncomfortable beds, very strange pillows.-The elevator next to the garbage cans, in case you haven't caught anything with the cockroaches or pigeons, you have that option.Of the 3 times I have been to Munich, the most expensive and the worst by far.

Very convenient as it is near Munich Central Station. The guest room was a studio/guest room, so it was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to organize our luggage.Below are the negative points. It feels like the guest rooms are on top of a multi-tenant building rather than a hotel, and the entrance is so small that you might miss it. The lights were turned off at night, so I was unsure if I would be able to enter the building because it was so dark. The entrance door is unlocked by entering a PIN code. From the 1st floor entrance, you go through a dark and narrow passage and there is a commercial elevator platform outside at the back of the building, but the area around that platform was a garbage dump for a multi-tenant building, and there were pigeon nests, and it was dark and filthy, which was unpleasant. Ta.The guest room door lock also requires a PIN code entry type, so if you forget the number you will have to check your email on your smartphone, so I always worry about not being able to get in if my smartphone battery runs out. There is no front desk, and the manager is only in the office during part of the day, so there is no service to leave your luggage after check-out, so you have to leave it at your own risk in a section of the shared laundry. It is better to be aware in advance that the level of service in this aspect is low.

We specifically desired a room with air conditioning near the train station. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the room, the air conditioning wasn’t working. We notified the owner and he was unwilling to help or provide any assistance. Don’t stay at this establishment as their property is not maintained with functioning systems. It was a waste of our money and the owner is unreliable when a problem is pointed out. Don’t stay at this place, period!

Convenient to the train station and a nice apartment, but the customer service is terrible. We had no A/C during the heat wave. Messaged the front desk to see if they could do anything and got a one word response….no. Told them I would leave a bad review and then they told me it was an issue that couldn’t be fixed for 2 days. Never offered a fan or to move us. Reached out to booking.com and they did nothing either. Avoid this place and booking.com. At $200 a night I expect more.

Really great location, right next to the main transit hub for the entire city. Grabbed a day pass and was able to ride all over the city and then right back to the hotel. Ran into the owner during check in and check out, a really great guy who was extremely friendly during our stay, even directing us to the parking spot we were supposed to park in a nearby garage. Hotel rooms are nice as well, they were updated and clean all around. Didn't hear anything through the walls. There's a funky outdoor elevator in the back, but otherwise the hotel feels pretty standard and was a great place to stay at.

We stayed here for a number of nights in June. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We slept really well, as it was located to the rear of the building, so was nice and quiet. …

No heat for the first few hours in mid January. Called repeatedly but was told the issue was on our end. Hours later we call again and finally find they didn’t have it turned on, on their end. Next morning discovered an ice cold shower. After calling yet again they told us they’d try but it was a Sunday. Ok? The hotel is open on Sunday, surely there should be someone on call! They eventually arrived to tell us the whole floor was out. Things happen and the man who spoke with us in person apologized for all the issues but with no one on site these issues become more and more the problem of the guest… and as with another review, we searched for a one bedroom, saw the photos and booked what we thought was a space with a closed off bedroom and separate living space. It was actually a large attic studio. Luckily our 3 year old is small and thought it was fun to sleep in the baby travel cot. Upside was a comfortable bed and a fairly quiet room despite being next to a big party.

I was worried because the entrance was narrow and shabby, but the inside was clean and spacious. It has air conditioning and is well-equipped with amenities. There is a kitchen so you can cook easily. The location is the best. I stayed for 8 days and they provided simple cleaning and towel replacement services every two or three days. The check-in process was confusing. You must check in by email in advance and the guard's password will be emailed to you. I was very frustrated because I couldn't check my email due to the long flight time. When I tried to input a lot of information on my smartphone in a dim hallway, I kept making mistakes and it didn't work. Fortunately, the staff provided the convenience of entering the room first and checking in immediately. Later, I saw that other young people were having a hard time too.
