The only positive this place offers is location. It's run down, dirty, and needs a renovation. They offered a breakfast package, which we selected and paid for. They had no working kitchen or staff at all. Would not recommend.

**Completely unacceptable – booking canceled on arrival day!**We had on August 27th. a booking for August 31st. to be informed by email at 3 p.m. on the day of our arrival, completely unexpectedly, that our booking had been canceled. Unfortunately, this news only reached us after we arrived on site at 8 p.m. The disappointment and anger were great!Since we were left without accommodation in the middle of Munich, we had to quickly look for new accommodation, which not only cost us a lot of stress, but also over €520! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Never this hotel again!

Very good value for money, very comfortable bedding. Very friendly welcome even though we spoke English. Coffee offered in the morning. Furniture in its original state but very comfortable, thank you for this stay. If we come back to Munchen we will come back!

The worst hotel of my life, very old and outdated, the mattresses are very uncomfortable and worn, in which they put a mattress cover and on top of it a duvet cover that has been through a million hands, the elevator only fits one person and if you go With a lot of luggage, it was overweight and on top of that it broke for two days, so I had to walk up the stairs to the fourth floor. It doesn't have luggage storage, well yes, you can leave it in the hallway where anyone can take it and they are not responsible for anything. The only good thing about it is the location, which is very central (although the area leaves a lot to be desired) and has a supermarket opposite and two others 150 meters away. The staff that works are not very willing to help. They don't speak Spanish and don't want to collaborate. Hotel NOT recommended. You are warned.

Guys, run away from this hotel. It's horrible.Dirty and old carpet, old hotel, barely has a decent reception, tiny shower stall, no air conditioning and we tried to sleep with the window open but the noise from people on the street and cars didn't stop us.Broken elevator, finally. Terrible.
