I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect from check-in. The room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were on the latter end, I especially enjoyed the gym - that’s why booked here! The location is decent , close to food and groceries (literally next door). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Munich. Highly recommend!”

Stay here for 5 nights while we are traveling in Munich. It’s close to the East train station and the area is clean and quiet. The room is clean and organize. Plenty room for sleep and sitting down. Like the big window that has plenty space to sit and relax. The buffet breakfast has many choices and freshly prepare everyday.

Room tastefully furnished, but very noisy; Breakfast in the lobby is suboptimal because there are far too few tables and chairs at high capacity. Location near the train station - 10 minutes.Unfortunately, the service staff hardly speaks German at all. There were unpleasant situations with the staff because they felt embarrassed because they simply didn't understand anything - very understandable. Reception is only staffed sporadically and is not particularly passionate about the work.The new Germany no longer has professionally trained and motivated personnel on offer. I have never noticed it as intensely as during this stay - terrifying!!!The rooms only seem to be cleaned after complaints. An apology would have been the bare minimum, but here too there was none. I assume: this is the system in this house.The prices are very competitive, which creates a certain sense of inconvenience for what is on offer. The hotel still seemed to be very busy.

BE AWARE: if you have kids and love them. the sofa bed springs may hurt them since there is no real mattress on it. Service during the day is great but after 6pm is almost impossible to get a hold of someone in the front desk. Location is great and there is a supermarket plaza on the grounds. They are not open on Sundays though.

Close to the Ostbahnhof and therefore also to the new companies that now reside there. The neighborhood there is growing and growing. The rooms modern and clean. I had a very spacious room. Breakfast is functional but the breakfast room is in the lobby and too small for the size of the hotel. Reception is not always manned and operations are handled by the neighboring hotel moxy, which is right across the street.

Very solid business hotel. The rooms are clean and pleasant in size, the breakfast is solid and extensive and it is very quiet at night. What's great is that there's a Rewe/Lidl/DM right around the corner and you can get supplies straight away. It's also great that you're right at the train station and if you like climbing, you'll find the bouldering world right around the corner

The rooms are noisy but large and modernly furnished.The location is very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet wasn't great.Little selection and no good quality of the products on offer.

People were very nice and kind. The hotel is very clean. You have another hotel across the courtyard that has other amenities which makes it convenient. The rooms were big and it was a studio setup so I could cook if I wanted to. Very convenient location as well.

First of all I have to say it was a business trip for a few days and Munich is one of my favorite cities in Europe and the Marriott chane hotels are and thay will be my choice for a business trip. This hotel matches the standard of Marriott hotels. 4 stars for the location because it is a bit outside the center. However, it is close to the train station and if you like walk is about 40 minutes to reach Marienplatz. I could give 4. 5 stars.

I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks . Before that I was deciding to stay at a 5 star hotel in town , but I made a good choice to stay at this hotel . It’s located 10 minutes away from any central point in Munich . There are plenty of car park spaces available outside the building for free , or under the hotel with a payment . But you can get free parking outside . The entrance to the hotel is a bit odd . There is no street level entrance , so you have to walk up the stairs between the moxy building and residence inn . If there is no one at the front reception they will be back, just have to wait . Specially if you are there late at the night check in . The family rooms are spacious , and you have a kitchen and good space for storage . The rooms have a very strong sound proof double glazed windows . So you can’t hear much of the cars passing down on the street . The beds are comfortable . A good and clean hotel apartment to stay in at Munich .

Very nice studios, lots of space, large bathroom, large TV. Average breakfast, unprofessionally organized, the seating is rearranged by guests while you get a new coffee. Hotel staff apparently without any specialist training.

great breakfast that starts serving at 630 am and goes to 10 rooms are very clean and nice with daily service available front desk is very helpful and speak at least english and german along with the sister hotel across the plaza having a bar
