Rooms need more than urgent renovation. The balcony is bad too. The bathroom is terrible. I often go to hotels, but this is really underground

I didn't feel very comfortable here. Everything was very worn out and the room smelled of chlorine, water damage on the ceiling. Horrible, not again

Hotel in a quiet location. The rooms urgently need to be renovated and were not really clean either. Furniture is very worn. Some lamps are no longer properly attached to the ceiling. The mattresses were fine. The service is good and takes care of problems. The breakfast is sufficient.

Hotel is getting a bit old and in total need of renovation.Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Cobwebs everywhere. Equipment/furniture spartan and partly broken/very worn. Everything was just barely embellished. The children's double bed was supported with a brick. Otherwise the beds were fine! Some sockets not working. Shower was broken.Breakfast was good. Great selection.Doors throughout the house will be locked overnight. No real escape possible in a dangerous situation. (Other guest locked in lobby)Elevator will be switched off from 10:00 p.m.Conclusion not worth ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Maximum 2 stars.

The hotel is very old.Mattresses are saggy, there is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. A lot of things are broken or wobbly. OK for one night, but nothing more and not a second time either. But the breakfast was great, absolutely great selection

I'm still trying to find the right words! The published photos are not true! The rooms offered are really run down and in need of renovation. When we arrived the cleaning staff was still cleaning. Whatever you can call it! A cleaning cloth was taken for all rooms. I'm still sick. The bad thing about it is that we were asked into the room to be cleaned and had to watch the terrible thing. Cheers to my disinfectant wipes! When showering the shower head fell down because it was very porous. The toilet seat was completely yellow! I could still break! The balcony was unkempt and freely accessible to everyone. The ashtrays were overflowing and smelled. I'm really at a loss for words. We were there for 4 days and we were always offered the same thing for breakfast. It wasn't really appetizing and the service was very unfriendly. The only advantage was the park and the surrounding area. It's really not worth the money!

Why can't you upload pictures????We were guests at Seibel's Park Hotel for one night. The hotel has a good location with quick connections to Munich. The nice gentleman at the information desk is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, those were the only positive things. The hotel has seen its best years. The rooms are okay in size. The condition of our room was terrible. One would think that a bucket of paint is not affordable in Munich. The walls are dirty and just yucky. The wardrobe looked as if it had been rescued from bulky waste. The bathroom stool hasn't been cleaned for a long time...From the balcony you have a not so nice view of the backyard... well, it's just enough to stand out and have a smoke. The breakfast buffet is a 3-. The milk hose from the coffee machine is... gagging...Sausage, cheese and rolls are available from the nearest discount store around the corner.I wouldn't book here again.

It's the little things that prevent 5 stars. Service staff who only speaks Italian and the uncleanliness in the room.
