I was on a business trip and booked the hotel in the area. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed and big enough bathroom! There is instant coffee and tea in the room as part of a big kitchen which is in the room. The terrace to the room is looking towards the street but it is not noisy.

The hotel its self was good. It had a sauna pool and bar. The room was nice but my only problem is bugs and mold. The room had roaches so when you turned the lights on they ran and the bathroom ceiling had mold. The tub had dirty in it but after letting the desk know the came to clean it. The shower faucet was rusty and there were someone’s shoes left under the bed. So overall not bad for the price but not top 10 quality at all.

We had a very nice and relaxing short vacation (4 days). Since we traveled quite spontaneously, we only booked shortly beforehand and found a real bargain here. (The price also varies greatly depending on the day of the week and demand). Our 9-year-old child was able to stay with us in a double bed at no extra charge. Sauna area and view are a dream.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The rooms are very large and extremely modern. Because of the high-quality furnishings, it's incomprehensible to me why they skimped on absolute little things that would have cost the hotel practically nothing... There is a kitchen with a stove and oven, but no pots or pans. There is a dishwasher, but no tabs, and I also looked for dishwashing liquid in vain. There is a huge refrigerator in the room, although I wonder why you need it when cooking doesn't seem to be planned. Given the otherwise high-quality rooms, I would also have found liquid soap nice, or that the water didn't partially run out at the bottom of the sink. These would all have been things that could have been fixed very easily and I just don't understand why people saved money here...

So if you are looking for a hotel with good service, you are so wrong here - the service is never available, there is never an employee in the bar/other facilities in the hotel.There are dead spiders in the room and the room isn't really cleaned.Hygiene and friendliness is non-existent here. But if you still have too much money and want to burn it, this is the totally overpriced hotel for you.

We came to the reception of the hotel, is in another hotel,Then a Thai employee was so unfriendly and unprofessional, I said they didn't have that in other hotels. Then I had to tell myself that I should go to another hotel. I've never experienced anything like that in my life. That was the first and last time!

I do not recommend it.One of the worst hotels we have stayed in has been a scam. They offer pool services. sauna and so on and nothing works, everything is closed so as not to do maintenance. Then in the bathroom when we showered all the water came out and made a puddle of water under the toilet. The window blinds don't go down so light enters the room and you can't even have privacy because you can see everything. I don't recommend it to anyone, the service is terrible.and they don't give kitchen utensils. They offer the kitchen and do not provide pans

We visit Munich often and also book other hotels. I have to say that Hotel Lifestyle was the best hotel so far. You can walk to the supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Rossmann, Hagebaumarkt). The room is tidied and cleaned every day. A minus point is the parking spaces. If you're lucky, you'll find free parking on the side of the street or you'll pay 15 euros per day for a parking space, which I find very expensive for a 6-day stay. Unfortunately, the sun terrace was closed at this time due to renovation work. What I would like to add is that there are a few little things missing, such as: B. Tabs for the dishwasher, soap, a cutting board, a kettle and a few types of tea. Maybe we should change that next time.

The receptionist is very strange. First of all, I don't know which hotel belongs to and who I paid for a hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, parking lot, etc. And what did I get? They say I was at least hoping for a parking space, but even that isn't included, so you have to pay for it even though there are parking spaces outside and sand by the sea. The hotel is a joke from start to finish and not at all worth recommending to anyone who wants to go Better save it.

For me personally, the hotel scores first with the room. This is the most important thing to me in a hotel. Every room has a balcony, which is one more point for me as a smoker. The room is very nice and modernly furnished and, above all, absolutely clean. Technically it is fully functional and has electronic shutters. The lack of an equipped minibar is annoying and, in my opinion, inappropriate for a hotel of this star category. In some rooms there is an empty refrigerator that you can fill yourself. I know this because I have been a guest in this hotel several times. There is no separate reception, you have to go to the GS hotel opposite to check in and out. Both belong together. Breakfast is also only available there. The breakfast is good and reasonably priced (11€). Contrary to what is advertised on the website, the hotel does not have any restaurants (not even the GS Hotel). In my opinion a massive negative point. After a long journey you have to make do in the neighborhood. You can't even drink a beer there because, as I said, there is no minibar or hotel bar. However, there is a drinks machine (although this is also in the GS Hotel, which you cannot access at night with your own room card). There is supposed to be a pool and fitness area, but I can't say anything because it's neither wanted nor needed. Overall, in terms of service, it is a good, although expandable, hotel with excellent (except minibar) hotel rooms.

There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.

I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake. Otherwise it was great.
