Many thanks to the Rosewood team and staff for this wonderful stay! It was extraordinary. 🫶🏻Personally, I have stayed in many hotels and the Rosewood really exceeded my expectations! I will definitely come back. Especially as a vegan you have a great selection here and there really is something for every taste.Especially in the evening in the hotel's own restaurant we received excellent service from dear Jan, best regards.The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and very clean. The bed was really heavenly comfortable. 🤍✨Also a very special compliment to the lovely ladies at the spa, relaxation at a very high level. Pedicure and manicure were very nice and relaxing, you get all the care you need here!! I would come again just because of the spa!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant, but one aspect really clouded my impression. Hotel staff seem to work with and prefer certain taxi drivers, even though there are already taxis waiting outside the hotel. I had to wait longer for a taxi even though several taxis were available. The preferred drivers probably only get the lucrative trips, such as to the airport, in return for a payment to the employees. Not only was this annoying and unfair to the waiting drivers, but it also left me with a very negative impression of the service. A more transparent and fair solution should urgently be found here.

What more can I say, I love this hotel!Its location, its interior decoration, the people who work there and the magnificent spa!And the fantastic bar, after a dinner with friends we had the chance to hear a jazz group in a wonderful atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel in a naturally perfect location. Unfortunately, it doesn't live up to the standards of a real 5-star grand hotel - the overall appearance is more reminiscent of a beautiful boutique hotel than of the class of a real 5-star hotel. The staff is all very young, very hard-working but without any confidence. I often had the feeling that the approaches were not yet clear, there were too few staff and in exceptional situations they seemed a bit at a loss. Too expensive for the price! Munich has enough REAL grand hotels (Bavarian Hof, Four Seasons, Mandarin Orientale etc.). Oh yes: the cakes are great!

Bad location.Spa:150 per person per day would still be okay...BUT: Staff a disaster, neither German nor English. Service poor and absolutely inappropriate in this category.Steam room out of order.Absolutely incomprehensible how you can expect this from paying guests...Spa itself is quite small and not really priced accordingly.Addendum: Food/breakfast a disaster...In my opinion, this spa is not recommended and is just expensive for what you get.

The Hotel Rosewood with all its amenities, from bar to brasserie, winter garden, spa/wellness, and last but not least, the very beautiful rooms, is an absolute highlight in the heart of Munich. Unfortunately only when it comes to the architecture and the furnishings. The experience of the brasserie's service from reception to conclusion is simply more than mediocre. The head waiter, personally extremely hard-working, professional and experienced, could not compensate for this mediocrity. He could not and cannot be at all tables at the same time.The ambience is stylish and relaxed. Unfortunately the service is the opposite, relaxed and not very stylish. Sometimes there is simply a lack of understanding of the basics of putting food and drinks on/off.This is really a shame.Something positive and only minimally negative to conclude:The food is wonderful, except for the potato salad with the Wiener Schnitzel. This was pretty cold to very cold and in no way tasted like what you would normally find in Alpine cuisine. A little slip-up!The espresso was also only lukewarm and tasted: Oh well!There is still room for the coffee machine and/or the barrista upstairs.I hope that the catering service at the Hotel Rosewood Munich will continue to discover and develop their professionalism.

Great atmosphere and very nice house. Our group first had very good drinks at the bar and then enjoyed a fantastic dinner.The highlight of the evening, however, was Ms. Kleinle, who recommended two excellent wines (a bottle each of white and red) from Austria.

The Rosewood Munich has a fantastic hard product, but the soft product is severely lacking. The rooms and all facilities are beautiful. Everyone that I interacted with that worked at the hotel were extremely young and while well intentioned, they were not extremely polished. When I checked in there was no mention whatsoever about booking through the Rosewood Elite program. My room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, but it was not because of my booking through the Rosewood Elite program but because my original room was not ready even though it was 4pm. Upon arriving to my room there was a card and a welcome amenity. Unfortunately, the card was addressed to someone else and the welcome amenity had been sitting there for so long that the raspberries were covered in mold. The biggest issue I had during my stay was with housekeeping. I left the hotel at 5am and put the sign on the door to please service the room. I arrived back at the hotel at 430pm to find two ladies inside my room cleaning it, which was a bit frustrating. Each time I had the room serviced I had left 5€ on top of the pillow on the bed for the housekeeping service. I also had about 20€ in small coins on a table underneath a stack of papers and other things that I could use to give a tip if someone brought something to my room. While they were cleaning my room that day I realized those coins were not there. I asked one of the ladies and she said oh sorry and handed them back to me. This was ridiculous. How could they possibly think that was for them. I viewed it clearly as theft. Due to all these factors with service I do not believe I would return to this hotel, which is a shame because everything to do with the hard product here was stunning. The staff however needs a lot more training in order to live up to a brand like Rosewood.
