If you feel like getting up at 7 in the morning to drill Congo, this is the place. There is a renovation on the first floor and it is not advertised anywhere. You can't rest at noon and you have to wake up early. The rooms are spacious, a less sympathetic area, lots of immigrants and homeless people

A very good experience.It is true that there is no reception, but you have impeccable WhatsApp service.They send you the access code to the room by email and you don't need keys.The family room is HUGE and very comfortable. Not a single noise is heard.Kitchen equipped with everything.It is not in the center but it takes no time to get to the town hall.You have a super in the front wax.The only bad thing is that the family rooms are on the top floor, but the elevator only goes to the previous floor. Even so, the flight of stairs is minimal and is only done a couple of times.Overall an experience of 10.

Used in June 2024You can leave your luggage on the second floor.The room was spacious and very convenient.Refrigerators were very easy to use as I don't often see them in hotels. However, don't cool it too much.The atmosphere was a little scary because the location was on the south side of Munich Central Station.The room was wheelchair accessible, so it was spacious, but the toilet was located at the back of the shower room, making it difficult to use.No slippers.

Be aware that this is not a traditional hotel, but serviced apartments. The rooms are spacious and feature modern designs, which is a positive aspect.However, the noise level is extremely high. Despite the suspiciously provided bedside earplugs, they do little to mitigate the constant street noise and the sound of the elevator, making it difficult to sleep.Communication with customer service is only available via WhatsApp, and they requested a video as proof of the noise issue, which was quite frustrating.

The apartments are well maintained and clean. There is no reception. The communication style is somewhat reserved and even unfriendly. The location is in the middle of the Bahnhosviertel with all the accompanying effects. You should know that, but the accommodation can't do anything about it.

Really good modern apartment/hotel with kitchenette and across the road from Lidl near the center of Munich. Comes equipped with pans/pots/utensils and even olive oil, salt & pepper. Coffee machine and pods provided in addition to tea, milk and sugar. Rooms are spacious and recently renovated. Bathroom is nice and comes with heated towel rack. Seamless self check in experience where a code is sent to you to access building and room. Would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! Excellent position in the city - really close to the centre, near the hauptbahnhof and all public transport and also close to convenience stores - a Lidl opposite! The room/ apartment was immaculate - clean, well fitted out with a very useful little kitchen area. Beautiful shower room. We stayed as a family - 2 adults and 2 children - aged 2 and 7 years. Our only problem was that the lift didn't go right up to the top floor where the family rooms are situated which was a little difficult with a buggy etc! It was worth the effort though and we will definitely return. Highly recommend.

The location is very central, but in one of the few bustling and rather dingy districts of Munich with sex cinemas, beggars and numerous betting shops. The rooms are very tidy, modernly equipped, the beds are comfortable and check-in is easy.Unfortunately we had a room on the 1st floor facing the street (with a poorly sound-insulated glass facade). A room change was not possible. We were only referred to the oropax and head pillows provided as noise protection. The traffic noise and nighttime police/emergency medical operations could be heard through the Oropax despite the windows being closed.Hence the tip: be sure to request a higher floor or a room facing the courtyard in advance...or another numa location in Munich. Otherwise a cheap apartment concept.

For the prices that move in Munich, quality apartments, new and well maintained. In addition, a well-located site (15 minutes from downtown) and free luggage locker service.
