Rooms are very spacious! Walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes.Unfortunately, the family room didn't entirely convince us. Due to the integrated kitchenette, the room smelled extremely like food/cooking. The floor also seemed a bit dirty to us. All in all: OK.

Good value for money, but with a bit of a cleanliness issue. Nice studio room on the first glance, however there were a few things that could be improved, mainly about cleaning and maintenance. Weird little white chips on the floor both in shower and toilet, cutlery not spotless, bit of banana peel from previous guest in the kitchen area. Would advise to provide a cutting board because the kitchen looked like people cut directly on the counter (not very hygienic) due to lack of it. Otherwise, the room was clean and spacious.Good location, only slightly outside the town centre, with a supermarket and bakery right across the street. Good price for the hotel's parking. For a night or two I would stay again, not for longer because some things like a hotel breakfast option or a restaurant just aren't there.Oh, and something people before me mentioned: lose the tip envelope if you leave everything to the guest (like no standard cleaning during the stay, guests having to order their own cab, ...). If you forego any basic hotel service, don't blatantly ask for money.

Visited the festival and spent two nights there. We were very satisfied, very nice welcome, large and clean room with a small kitchen corner, separate bathroom and toilet, and it was extremely quiet at night. It's a 15-minute walk into town and cars are parked in a shady parking garage. Bakery for breakfast right opposite. We would be happy to come back the next time we visit the festival.

Our family booked the hotel twice while traveling to the Baltic Sea.All processes went smoothly. The rooms are attractively designed and have all the necessary amenities. In addition, the possibility of charging the electric car is an excellent service. Thank you! We'd love to come back!

Very nice staff, very nice lady at the reception. The guest rooms are very clean and well-kept. The only drawback is the lack of a second TV remote control.

We have on July 12th. stayed at this hotel.The hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and modern.The bathrooms are also modern and clean.There is also a small kitchen with a refrigerator.Overall the hotel is very clean.The room is equipped with air conditioning.The ladies at reception are very helpful and accommodating.Overall, highly recommended!!

TOP 👍The hotel is centrally located, not far from the motorway. The old town can still be reached quickly on foot (max. 10 minutes).The rooms are very spacious, tastefully and intelligently decorated. The small kitchenette is great - with a refrigerator, oven and microwave. The beds are excellent too!I actually wanted to book a suite, but unfortunately they were out, BUT the standard apartments are also big enough and well equipped.You can park easily in the underground car park. The employee at check-in was also very friendly and accommodating. Oh yes, the price was also extremely reasonable - €85 with underground parking!So, all in all, HIGHLY recommended! If I ever spend the night in Bayreuth again, I already know where... 😎

Price-performance ratio is simply great here - really large rooms with a kitchen, separate toilet, etc., great! Service staff very friendly, always helpful and uncomplicated check-in. What could possibly be improved: 11 a.m. checkout would be nicer than 10 a.m. 😊

Staff was so kind. We arrived last minute, as I was tired driving on a trip around Europe and the staff was the perfect level of welcoming. Our 4 month old daughter was a bit tired and they gave us a room that didn't have neighbours so that we wouldn't disturb them. They were also able to provide us with a baby bed! The rooms were clean and MASSIVE with a kitchenette, and the parking lot was easy to navigate. I can't rave enough about the staff. The lady we met was so friendly and gave us great tips on the opera houses and the town.On a separate note that has nothing to do with the hotel.. liefarando is really slow and honestly trash in any city.

Actually 5.0 stars - because the hotel is practically new and modern.Great beds. Modern TV sets. Very solid kitchen equipment for self-catering.The bathrooms are also very attractive and modern.The underground car park is spacious and the access is optimal.The only drawback - and therefore more like 3.75 stars from me (rounded up to 4):The air conditioning installations on the roof of the building are so loud - that they roar into the rooms!The air conditioning in the room is off - but it still roars through the ventilation shafts - regardless of whether you have a room under the attic or on the ground floor.It's a shame - this significantly reduces the quality for people who sleep lightly.

The hotel was very good, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The roof terrace offered a nice opportunity to relax in the evenings. Unfortunately there was a minor inconvenience upon our arrival as we were unable to get our booked suite due to an administrative error. But the young lady at the reception turned out to be extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. We would come back.

I stayed here a couple of times and although the hotel is quite adequate, cleanness is an issue. There are multiple reminders in the room that for environmental reasons the room will only be cleaned if the customer actively requests a cleaning. Whilst this is commendable, and I am more than willing to support the environment in this way, it does not escape my attention that this is a way for the hotel to save major costs. I find it objectionable when a company gets customers to save the company costs using environmental reasons.If the company really cares so much about the environment, I am sure they have no problem in refunding me the cleaning fees I paid as part of the 87 EUR I paid per night.Also, it is worth mentioning, that not making the bed etc. has nothing to do with the environment and everything to do with saving costs.
