Been here for the second time for 2 nights. I highly recommend it, it's always like coming home and I'm always very sad to have to leave there again. My apartment No. 4 had a terrace, beach chair, table, chairs, Weber grill... A living room, great bedroom, small kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, etc. The bathroom is a bit small, but very modern and comfortable. What should be highlighted is the sauna in the basement, which you can use independently 24/7 free of charge and bathrobes etc. are all available. Bus stop in the direction of Westerland zob or in the direction of Rantum in front of the door. If I could, I would move in here, fantastic ❤️❤️

Great hotel in a central location – recommended!We were thrilled by the Mimosa Hotel at Bomhoffstraße 3, Westerland! We would particularly like to highlight the breakfast, which was fresh and varied. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome from the start.The hotel itself is tastefully and modernly furnished - the breakfast room and reception area are open and friendly, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere. Our room was also nice and cozy. A small downer was the rather narrow bathroom in our room, but that hardly dampened our positive overall impression.The central location of the hotel is ideal. We were quickly on the beach.Overall, we were satisfied and can recommend the Mimosa Hotel!

We were literally "stranded" on Sylt for a short time due to ferry cancellations and were able to get a room for one night at short notice.Rooms very clean, service and staff very friendly and helpful!Breakfast sufficient and delicious! If we get stranded again, it will be there!! Highly recommended!

Incredibly nicely furnished, maritime character. The holiday apartment has 1 bathroom in both bedrooms, ideal for 4 people. Westerland train station and the city center can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.

I would like to clearly contradict the last reviews. I booked through booking and was very happy, then I read the last reviews here and was shocked at the alleged condition and cleanliness. When we arrived there was a positive surprise, super nice service (I made a mistake and gave the wrong mobile number and therefore didn't get a code for the key safe). We got help straight away at the door and after a short conversation we had our keys in our hands. The apartment was at a comfortable temperature, completely clean and the broken cupboard (which was not in the apartment but in the entrance area) was repaired. We were very satisfied, the location (1.2km) to the center was also great.

It looked nice from the outside, as was the first impression of the apartment. Then we immediately had the doorbell from the bedroom in our hands. A big hole in the wall with cables behind the bedside table. Hair from other guests on the cream bottle in the bathroom & toothpaste residue on the tiles. Drawer full of health pills from other guests. Uncomfortable sofa without armrests. I wouldn't recommend it. A pity!

Nice but very unkemptSep. 2023It's actually a cute house with rooms/apartments, but unfortunately there's no normal check-in, instead you get a code with which you then open a small locker in which there are keys for the house and room.You actually get this information via SMS or email, but if you forget it, you'll look stupid.The front door is very difficult to open because it is stuck and right in the entrance area you come across a large, broken cupboard. Everything is “actually” beautiful, but totally shabby and very worn out.The room was cute at first glance, but very dusty and full of cobwebs and also very worn out.Unfortunately only half of all the lamps worked, be it in the room or in the bathroom, where only 2 of 6 spots worked!Unfortunately, it all seems very “intentionally chic” but just not accomplished.

The one star is for the location because it is very central. Everything else leaves something to be desired. The room was dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Not vacuumed under the bed, old bottles from the previous owner still in the cupboard. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom, there was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and, best of all, no one felt responsible for it.
