An outstanding golf resort. The courses are incredibly fun and are in the most beautiful surroundings. The hotel is just great. Beautiful rooms, fantastic spa area, excellent food. You can do it again and again!

We had a corporate event there for 50 people. It wasn't good, it was great! Great service, great location and really great food! It's hard to get better.

We had dinner at the Augusta restaurant. There is a set menu (the one for house guests)It is well put together and served in reasonable time frames. The service seemed a bit formal and cold.

We (a family of 6 adults and 2 children) went to the Augusta restaurant this Tuesday evening for a 5-course menu on the occasion of a milestone birthday. The ambience on site is really nice and the food is very tasty. Nevertheless, we were all quite disappointed with the evening. We have never experienced such service anywhere in the region. At first it took a very long time before food orders could be placed and only when we asked. After the first round of drinks was taken and distributed, there was no further request or recommendation for the rest of the evening. When ordering the food, the main course (including beef steak) was not asked what cooking point the meat should have. So some main courses had to be returned. This went quickly and was solved properly. However, this meant that while the newly ordered main courses were still being eaten, everyone else's plates were already being cleared away. As happens with children from time to time, they don't sit in the places they were supposed to. This was even noticed and addressed by the service staff, unfortunately no one came up with the idea of ​​changing the cutlery accordingly, so that an adult constantly had his cutlery handed to him across the entire table. Something like this should be noticeable when the plates are served. During the various courses there wasn't even a question as to whether everything was OK. One person was forgotten while pouring drinks. We had to approach several people to get the wine refilled. With 5 wine drinkers, we only drank one bottle of wine in an evening that lasted just over 3 hours. In the meantime, 4 out of 5 wine glasses, the beer glass and both of the children's drinks were empty for three quarters of an hour. Someone always walked past, but due to insufficient language skills, didn't respond to our request or even look at our table. The bread baskets from the beginning of the evening were cleared away before dessert. Some of our table had opted for the cheese variation, and the well-filled bread baskets would certainly have been nice. At the end of the evening there wasn't even a "proper" farewell when paying, there was simply none. A nice greeting for the evening would have been appropriate. All in all, the criticisms certainly seem petty, but for us as a group they added up over the course of the evening and we simply felt ignored by the service staff. When the head of the restaurant area came, he apologized and wanted to pass on the criticism. We've never complained in this way before, but after a lady from the service staff held up two open bottles (only one was from our table) from the cooler, put them both back with a shrug and left again, we had to address this. For us the price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all, which is mainly in the service area. However, this contributes significantly to the experience. For a restaurant in this segment it is incomprehensible to us that basic service conditions could not be met for our table that evening.

Great attention to detail in the implementation of the outdoor areas as well as the entire interior design. Impressive! Courteous service, very good food. Simply great!

Highly recommended!I actually wanted to book a short vacation here with my wife.Overnight stays and wellness treatments had already been clarified and selected. Before we could even complete the booking, we were interrupted at home and the relaxing music from the homepage continued to play across the open browser window.Now we are so deeply relaxed and recovered that we no longer need a vacation. We would like to use the money we saved to book a short SPA vacation.

My absolute favorite wellness hotel. The spa area is fantastic and breakfast is my highlight of the whole day.

We were in the restaurant after the round. It was very busy due to the league match day. But the service had everything under control. Excellent.
