Hotel did not confirm my requested check-in time via messaging, nor did they answer the phone during their regular check-in times on the day prior to my arrival. This is wholly unacceptable. I urge others to carefully consider their thoughts about choosing this accommodation.

Large room. Nice comfortable beds and shower was ok.The kitchen had basic equipment but no microwave or oven. Only hotplates.Close to Lidl supermarket and not a long walk into the main shopping area.The parking is good and onsite.The only issue was the loud TV all night in the unit across the laneway.

The room was spacious, had a nice balcony and was well equipped. The keys could easily be taken out of a locker, but it wasn't locked!The cleanliness left something to be desired, the carpet had stains and the floor was a bit sticky. This didn't change after we asked, even though the staff reacted quickly; Maybe it was the cleaning agent or it should have been wiped again. There was also some mold in the shower.Overall, it was a nice stay, but considering the criticism, it wasn't quite worth the price.

This is not a hotel! The description on booking is misleading. The place is more like a dormitory. Uninteresting and noisy neighborhood. Close to the center and attractions, but first you have to go through a not very safe area. There was no one at the reception, especially in the evening I didn't feel good about it. There are screams in the street and no one at the reception. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Full of dust and traces of previous tenants. I couldn't sleep a wink at night, I didn't feel safe. There was a large spider crawling on my bed in the morning! I don't know what hotels those who gave 5 stars have stayed before. The price is high considering the conditions. Never again.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Arrived, first removed the pillow and 5 huge silverfish scurried behind the mattress. There's a lot more behind the mattress! Disgust factor 1000. The same thing happens in the other room of the apartment. We were given a different room upon request, but very reluctantly on the part of the hotel. The floors are slightly sticky, something was spilled here and was never really cleaned. The dust accumulates under the bed. Even in the new room apartment there are silverfish on every corner, which come out especially at night. At night I also noticed that one was crawling around on its head, which is why I jumped up. Service even at zero. You spend days on the phone calling for a formal change to an invoice, only to receive it again without a discussed change. Get an exterminator, especially as you say it's "a stubborn problem". Never again.

Great, quiet and simple hotel (more like an apartment) with a small kitchenette and parking right in front of the door.Very friendly staff.We were allowed into the room much earlier than check-in. Of course we were very happy about that.Check out was also super relaxed.About 10-15 minutes to the center (on foot) but there is also a bus stop nearby.We recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a lot of frills and is self-catering.(There is no room service on weekends).

I'm a fitter and was super happy when I came into the room. I can only recommend this. It's so beautifully quiet here.Shopping nearby.We will be happy to stay here again and again if something is available. There is even a cooking option.Nothing more is possible.Top keep it up. The location is great, you're right near Lidl, about 300 meters on foot and 550 meters to the harbor. The rooms are nice and big and clean. What's nice is that there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, hob and kettle. The only thing missing is a microwave or pizza/oven but that's complaining at a high level. I was satisfied and will come back to you next time. =)

We really liked the accommodation. The events are simple and clean. With your stay you help finance handball in Flensburg and support youth work. The location is not far from the fjord and the center.
