This has been an exceptional stay, truly one of the best I've ever experienced. The host's warm welcome and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued. There is poor hygiene ,the staff/owner is rude and it would be great if the actual photo of the guest house is posted for everyone to see online, not misleading photos.If you have a family, this is not recommended.

Short version: NEVER GET THERE!Long version:I rent a double bed room on MisterBnB last week for 6 nights, I only stayed 1 hour there (thanks god it was the best decision).The room was a real mess. I have never been in such a dirty and untidy apartment.There were yellow and brown stains on all the bedding, dust everywhere in the room (floor, furnitures, etc.). The inside of the closet was disgusting, there was dirt and hair on the floor and walls, and literally a used syringe in the room.I can go on for hours: behind the television and in the fan there was at least 3 centimeters of dust, the windows were disgusting, we can't even see through them (the owner told me I should get new glasses, disrespectful), the shared kitchen and bathrooms were also disgusting and stinky! The guesthouse has absolutely NOTHING to do with the pictures that the owner shares. The worst is that the owner said he did the cleaning before and for him everything was okay! How come you can think this ?I asked the Owner for a refund, he refused, because he was « satisfied » with the level of cleanliness of the apartment, thanks god after sending the pictures to MisterBnB I automatically received this refund.Of course, the owner canceled the booking few hours before it’s end on MisterBnB so I can’t let him any review on the platform, so he only keeps the old good reviews!P.S. if you read the other comments below, a lot of people complained also about bed bugs! Be careful, this guesthouse is not only dirty, it’s literally dangerous!Advice to the owner: go take a cleaning and hospitality course or stop ripping people off!

It is a beautiful old building apartment and the location is very central. The roommates were all nice and you had peace and quiet in your room. We found it a bit of a shame that the apartment looked very different from the pictures; they are probably older. In addition, it wasn't that clean either; although it was thoroughly cleaned every week, the oven, for example, was extremely disgusting. In addition, it didn't work from below. We hardly used the kitchen because the dishes had to be washed before each use and some of the kitchen appliances were so dirty. In the two months, one toilet door didn't close for 2 weeks, then the apartment door was open for 1 week because the key inside broke off, there was no internet for 2 weeks and the worst thing, only we had BED BUGS in the room. We tried to accommodate the landlord (since he said they probably came from the previous tenant and we were kind of sorry, plus we had no alternative), but at some point he left us completely alone with the problem and apparently assumed that we will take care of it. He canceled my roommate (to whom he had initially verbally promised a room for a month) a day in advance because he didn't want the bed bugs to get into the other room, but then rented our room directly to others (those We hope you have fun with the critters). At the end of our 2 months we wanted to talk about everything that had happened again and maybe even ask for a rent reduction. The landlord freaked out and started twisting things and trying to pin the bed bugs on us. (You can find more bed bug victims in other reviews) Well, we wanted to save the inconvenience, but after the conversation we had to give a very honest review. Never again!

Was given a small room(store room converted into bedroom) which was not shown in pictures (3 people).
Was very bad experience for three people to stay.
Atleast you should be fare in showing pictures of actual small room.

Large apartment, about 5 bedrooms, large kitchen-dining room and 2 bathrooms. As they say, modest, but clean. The area is gorgeous, a bus stop 5 meters from the porch, a cool owner with whom we chatted a lot, and all this for a ridiculous 70 euros per day FOR FIVE in June. Now there is no point in looking for accommodation in Berlin for the duration of the trip, unless Mike has everything booked.

Very good attention from the hosts (they are Argentinian, so if you only speak Spanish you are in luck).The place is cozy and kept clean, the rooms are large and spacious.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. While I was out for dinner somebody brook in through the locked door, went through my stuff and stole my iPhone which unfortunately I had left on the charger.The door stayed broken for the next 2 days, one person from management said that somebody was let into the house... but no warning of the people, no information on the door and no action to report this to the police.All of this has a very strange touch. I travel a lot Through the world and such a thing has never happened to me
