Good flats in a great location. A few minutes walk from the Ubahn station and only 15 minutes walk from the large Zoo station which goes directly to the airport.

All I can say is that the quilt smells sour, and the room has no soundproofing at all. The sound of people outside is almost like talking next to your ears... I stayed for two nights, from 23:30 to 2 am every night. It was a little late, and there were people making loud noises all the time, so I couldn't sleep well at all.

The apartments are clean and tidy.There are several accommodation units in the complex, so it is possible that the pictures do not correspond to your apartment. To enter the facility, you must call a certain number and enter the code that you receive from the owner every time, so it can be a bit inconvenient for foreigners.

After booking the apartments, we got number 5. The room is for shorter people. My height is 180 cm, the kitchen is low, the stairs to the second floor (bedroom) are terribly steep and it is also impossible for a person of my height to stand up on the second floor. Only a towel and a hair dryer are included in the shower. It is cold in the apartments themselves, when I wrote the contact number about the possibility of heating, they did not answer anything, when I called, they said that they would send someone, which we never received. The place is quite close to the center, good communication. In the common areas, there are leaflets with places to scroll.

Central location, good-sized room... it could be nice, but the deficiencies in the B grade unfortunately add up massively, which is why it doesn't deserve more than 2 out of 5 stars:- Curtains on the windows are simply dirty, especially in the lowest third- The gallery had a floor made of glass blocks, one of which was broken (definitely a risk of injury!). Also when it comes to feeling good: this floor made of glass blocks also continues over the bathroom: although blurred, you can still see what the person is doing in the bathroom, and the other way around, as soon as you go into the bathroom at night, the gallery is bathed in bright light , which quickly wakes up the person sleeping there.- The freezer compartment in the fridge was simply unusable: completely full of ice cream, not ice cream. In addition, some of the refrigerator panels were already cracked. There was also a can of Coke in the freezer, which of course exploded at some point.- Kettle: The lid cannot be opened, not even to clean it, and that's what it looked like inside- General cleanliness: clean at first glance, but at second glance rather poorly cleaned. It was still dusty here and everywhere, plus hair in the dishwashing sponge, drip tray, etc- Bathroom: when showering, it quickly becomes flooded with water because the shower door doesn't hold it back, plus the smell from the drain- Provision of dishes: only for the number of registered people. Well, that's just how it is.- Parking: is possible on the street in front of the house, for €27 per day
