Exceeded all expectations! Really enjoyed my stay at SANA Berlin. It’s not perfect, some things are a little worn, but they keep everything clean and in working order. I was especially impressed by the staff who were professional, friendly and accommodating. The location is pretty good, next to one of Berlin’s city centers, east to get to from the airport. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of amenities which made the stay quite comfortable. Definitely good value for money.For the benefit of my Shomer Shabbos brothers and sisters, I would recomend this as an appropriate place to go. The doors are electronically locked, but the staff were very receptive to the idea of a shabbos goy, always very willing to “play along” and checking that everything was in order. The rooms don’t have sensors to detect if there are occupied, and at the main entrance there is a side door that’s not electronic and is kept unlocked. The one issue is that the stairwell lights go on when you open the door, maybe you can contact the hotel and request that it be disabled, I expect they would agree. I didn’t try, just got lucky by waiting for someone to use the elevator. The central ashkenazi shul is just around the corner and chabbad is a reasonable 30-ish minute walk away.

I loved the hotel the service was great the rooms are super beautiful.The swimming pool is super good but very small but the sauna and hammam were super good when you look for the hotel it is very remarkable goodbye

We stayed for 4 days as a family with a toddler. It's a 4 star, but the service and cleanliness are similar to a 5 star. In particular, the staff working at the breakfast restaurant are the best. The offerings may be more diverse, but it feels like only the best ingredients were carefully selected for each and every food, bread, and drink provided. It's delicious. Usually, when I go to a restaurant with a child, there are a lot of strange chairs, but I think the quality of the children's chairs here is the best among the hotels I've stayed at so far. I think it's better than Stokke. If housekeeping goes somewhere in the morning, the cleaning is already done, and they come back to clean again in the evening. It was nice to sleep well in the bed.

Everything was great. We stayed there with children for a few days. The room was great, although the sofa bed took a bit of getting used to.Service was actually very good, one point is deducted because there were not enough parking spaces in the underground car park and we didn't get a good solution from the service.The wellness area was great. Our children had really great days and I made good use of the fitness room and enjoyed it. The restaurant was good, the service was very, very good. The breakfast was very good.All in all, the 4 stars that the hotel has well deserved, and I think it would even be 4.5 stars.We will stay here again.

The location is very convenient, and the rooms are great! We had air conditioning, heated floors, very nice bathrooms, and both blackout and mesh blinds.A wonderful hotel if you want to live downtown but not in the middle of “everything”. Very easy to get from the hotel to the U-bahn or just walking to Zoologische.Only downside is the lack of great grocery stores “around the corner” but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just walk down to Rewe and you’re set.
