All in all, satisfied and we would come again.We had booked the cheapest category.The room layout was great. The space is used optimally and it's great that the shower and bathroom are separate and very spacious.Kitchen is perfect. You can warm up or have a good breakfast in the morning.There is a Lidl and an Edeka nearby.We parked on the side street for free, you just walk for a few minutes.There are subway and bus stops nearby. The connection is good to public transport.It was noisy with the window open because there was a highway directly in front of the window. But you really didn't hear anything at all when you closed the window.Check-in was a bit unusual for us.On the phone they seemed a bit overwhelmed with us.It worked better via WhatsApp. We were given instructions on how to get the keys at the other entrance. Checking out with a key box is also very practical.We were satisfied with everything and would book it again.

Everything was great so far, the rooms were quiet. It was a bit unusual to have the shower cubicle and toilet right next to the bed, so you could watch your partner doing everything :)).Finding a parking space was a bit challenging. Can still recommend it

We stayed there for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. It is important to us that we are independent of meal times while on vacation. That's why we chose this hotel/holiday apartment. In the small kitchenette you will find everything you need. It was like home. We also specifically requested the balcony. This is one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. Rooms super modern, great shower. The location is absolutely great. Located in quiet Charlottenburg, not far from Kurfürstendamm. Parking spaces can be found near the hotel at any time - free of charge.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and would book again at any time.

The room was very good for a 5-night stay and a substantially better value than other accommodations in the city. It was modern, comfortable, and I was able to cook simple meals in the kitchen. As other reviewers have noted, if the windows are open it is incredibly loud. Fortunately the windows are quite sound-proof so if you are visiting in a cooler month the noise will likely not bother you. I did discover an elevator in the back of the building. It is very small but functional. Unfortunately, it is not accessible from the front so you will either need to go through the building to the back (there will be a few stairs) or if the concierge is open, they may also be able to assist you to finding the elevator. Definitely worth looking for if you are on the higher floors with heavy luggage. You will have to get coins from thee concierge to operate laundry. It is €8 euros for the washer and another €8 for the dryer.

I can't understand the bad reviews at all. The rooms are in better condition than in some 4 star hotels. Totally stylish, functional and super super clean!The location is very good, a few meters away there is a bus stop that stops at all points in Berlin.The check-in was problem-free and I cannot confirm that it was an unpleasant contact. On the phone, everyone was nice without exception.In addition, the area is by no means scary or bad, there are completely different corners 😂 And the street is not exceptionally loud either.I don't know where else people stay. But I can recommend the accommodation without exception.

In itself VERY modern room with all amenities, but the hotel seems to have a ventilation problem:Both rooms (302) and the hallways are extremely stuffy. It even went so far that our room unfortunately STINKED EXTREMELY due to the shower! There was a putrid/moldy smell that unfortunately made the entire room smell.I would think again about whether I would like to stay here.

Room was totally warm. There are totally secret people lying around. Unfortunately I felt totally uncomfortable. The location, the balcony and the Netflix account are positive. But that’s where it ends- luckily no carpet

Very cool, stylish apartment. Not far from the Olympic Stadium. For the price 👍🏼Complaining on a high level, but hygiene could be a bit better and extremely hot in summer, air conditioning mainly blows out warm air.

A great hotel, everything was uncomplicated. We were there for two days for the Depeche Mode concert. I would book it again at any time. It is not far to the Zeitrum or Olympia Stadium. There are shopping opportunities and the S-Bahn too. Perfect for a relaxed concert experience. The rooms are really great because everything is there.

WORST stay I have ever had ....Curtains are not large enough and also let through alot of light.No air conditioning, so if you open the window you have the motorway and railway noise.The photo I have added was at 4.30 AM !!!!!!There are no bedside tables, there is very little room for clothes.NOT WORTH THE COST. Go elsewhere.
