A small, very tastefully decorated restaurant on a side street in Rothenburg. The service was extremely friendly and even small special requests were fulfilled. The pink grilled lamb skewer was very appealing. The pork goulash with a kind of game sauce was also something special. I would come back at any time...

Excellent location for visiting Rothenburg, the apartment is on the second floor without a lift. You can reach it by car but then you have to park in one of the car parks outside the walls, a 350 m walk away, costing €6 for the whole day. At 150 meters there are bakeries and various shops. The owner is super kind and available for any information. Comfortably furnished apartment, for anything you need just ask

We tried the restaurant, we arrived at 8pm and it was almost closing, a quick order and we ate some excellent sausages with sauerkraut and potatoes, some goulash and nuggets with chips. 2 excellent beers. Too bad it closes too early.

Very good location within the city walls of Rothenburg. The rooms are ok...the bathrooms are a bit old but clean.

Delicious Franconian dishes. Schäufele and skewers seem to be the house specialty. We found a place spontaneously and without a reservation. The innkeeper and the service staff were very friendly and conscientious, as well as quick and attentive.We'd love to come back. Very tasty food at reasonable prices.

I felt very comfortable in the silver pot. The rooms are very clean and you have everything you need, especially for the price. The landlord/boss is very, very nice, helpful and a host with heart and soul. He is also the chef of the house and the food was very, very good. (Me, a chef myself) I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Very nice and accommodating host. Varied selection at the breakfast buffet. Requests are addressed very carefully. On the third day, the croissants we had eaten every day were already at the table, including coffee.

A stay that fits in perfectly with the atmosphere of the city. Cozy, comfortable, not too expensive and a delicious, extensive and fresh breakfast. Don't forget to taste the host's homemade cakes 🔝! Parking is not a problem, just a 5 minute walk away at a very reasonable daily rate.

A nice clean structure within the historic walls of the city, reachable by car to unload and with super cheap parking just outside the walls less than 3 minutes walk away (daily cost 5.5 euros; payment time from 9:00 to 18:00) the hotel is within walking distance of every point of interest in Rothenburg and close to restaurants and cafés; although we didn't have breakfast included we opted for breakfast every morning inside the structure, varied and plentiful with quality products which then allowed us to have a light lunch, excellent quality/price ratio.The rooms are large, clean, well heated and comfortable, the bathroom clean with a nice large shower and very hot water.The owner is super kind, ready to respond to every request; unfortunately the restaurant attached to the hotel is closed, but the owner will be able to recommend some very valid alternatives

Very nice and consideration is also given here if you have intolerances!We got a vegan breakfast.A top buffet for everyone else too, which at 12 euros per person leaves nothing to be desired.

Were guests in the guesthouse for three nights with breakfast in February 2023. The double room is clean and functionally furnished. There were a few slippers for free. The feel-good atmosphere was somewhat limited because we were freezing at times despite having the heating on. The breakfast was delicious, varied and we were served in a very friendly and attentive manner.

One star is already too much!We are really upset!We reserved a table months ago (08/22) for Christmas Day, only to read by chance on the homepage today that the restaurant had to be given up due to the current situation. After a small renovation, we were back with other ideas.Thank you very much for nothing. No cancellation, neither by telephone SMS or WhatsApp. And that for Christmas Day. Completely wrong!
