Don't trust the pictures of this hotel that are on Instagram and the internet in general, because they have absolutely NOTHING to do with what you will see when you get to the "hotel". This is my worst hotel experience ever. A dirty bathroom with mold and mildew around the entire shower, a cracked sink where water was retained due to clogged pipes, a shower head clogged with limescale, from which water flows in every direction of the compass. The hotel corridors are reminiscent of an old staircase in a workers' block. A microscopic and extremely dirty elevator for which you have to wait a few minutes, or if you get impatient, decide to take the stairs that look like they lead to the basement. Very low quality breakfast, no choice, everything cheap and tasteless. After one night I decided to leave this "hotel" and will certainly never return there in my life.

Great location, very close to bus and train. The deluxe room is really large and ideal for two to four people. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in some places. It is partly dusty and there is hair from previous guests. The breakfast could also be more varied. The staff is sometimes overwhelmed and there is a lack of cups and plates, as well as rolls or general food. The expectations were greater and were not confirmed.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Rooms were clean with nice decoration. Although you didn't have a big variety in breakfast, everything was perfect and high quality. The major problem was the lack of elevators. We were waiting 10' in order to reach ground floor every morning due to many guests and the two elevators. Also, the fridge was not working.

Pictures of the hotel promise what they don't even come close to delivering. If you subtract 75% of all that, you end up in the simplest and unfortunately dirty hotel without all the glamor and chic. At the latest when you see the WOODEN toilet seat in the bathroom, you want to scream and run away. The bathroom also smells like limescale and pipes. When I decided to book here, I completely took the plunge! The worst hotel in Berlin that I have booked in this city in 18 years. After 15 minutes of checking in, I'm already longing to check out!

We have a 2 bedrooms apartment. Decor is lacking but it suits our needs. Customer service was A+. Beds are very comfortable. Some door handle wall damage.

The room was dingy, room service was catastrophic, non-existent so to speak, reception couldn't be reached by phone, 1 slow elevator for 16 floors, very noisy. In the gym there were just 3 bikes and a few light dumbbells, in the sauna there was exactly 1 towel. Great location - but that doesn't justify the price.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Rooms need inmediate maintenance (see photo). The whole hotel smells. Coffee machine for breakfast is dirty and not cleaned for our whole stay. Tv does not work propperly. Phone does not call reception, you need to go to the recepction only to get the answer "it is too late for such a complain". Faucet in the bathroom missing pieced. They are also CHARGING my CREDIT CARD with extra fees no one can explain
