Rooms definitely need renovation, all furniture is old with stains, smelly, old carpets. You can hear all conversations from other rooms, too loud. Internet connection very bad.

We only stayed in this apartment for one night. There was hair and crumbs everywhere in the bed and on the floor. The floor is stained and smells bad.And if that wasn't enough, another couple was given the same room number + pin, and suddenly a strange man stood in our room, which fortunately was resolved relatively quickly.Every hostel I've ever stayed in has been better than this apartment.

Great starting point for exploring the city. Apartment is large and has everything you need. Very close by is the Engel Becken with a nice cafe right on the water.

Awful. The capacity was supposed to be for 5 people and there were 3 sofa beds with a step in the middle that destroyed your lower back. The person who answered the phone was also very unfriendly.

Nice place. You just lock yourself in with codes when you arrive. We met a perfectly clean entrance and a nice apartment, where the beds were made and where some soft drinks and beer were available. We had booked the apartment for 5 people and it fit perfectly. Good beds for everyone. Everything was clean. There was peace to get some sleep, and there was a map to the metro and the city's many experiences. Super nice for the price!

No no no. Kitchen available but the cupboards are empty. The bathrooms are too small for 4 people. Airbnb has a lot more to offer for the same price

Spacious apartment with everything you need to spend a few days in Berlin. They left us coffee and tea as a welcome.- The cutlery was not completely clean and we had to clean it upon arrival; We leave everything clean when we leave.- The toilet paper was tight (3 rolls), we didn't finish it, but there was no cleaning service (even though the reservation said yes) and obviously they didn't refill it. There were also no replacement garbage bags.- It also said that there was a dishwasher and it didn't exist. The heating was too high.- The wifi did not work very well and would "pull the network" from time to time.- It would be nice if it had a table to eat at and some more chairs (there were only 2 chairs).- The TV didn't work.- The sofa bed was not very comfortable.- The facilities in general were very clean.- It has several supermarkets nearby, as well as public transport (bus, metro...) which is a great plus.It is an expensive option for the service they offer. Very improvable.

We went on the weekend, for a getaway the apartment is good, well located and equipped with everything necessary, the only thing was that the beds and pillows are uncomfortable, for our taste, and the television in the room did not work. Otherwise good. Warm and welcoming.
