Nice apartment. Good bed.Unfortunately a bit noisy, as there is a restaurant with outdoor dining downstairs and the guests talk loudly late at night.

The room is cozy, has its own kitchen, supposedly cleaned every day, but after this cleaning it didn’t get any cleaner. There are many bars around, shops are also not far away. We walked to the sights.

Excellent location round the corner from the UBahn and a short walk to the SBahn. ||Felt safe in the area, especially at night. ||Flat had everything you need and there was a lift to the 6th floor. ||Some coffee/tea would have been helpful, but there is a cafe bar on the ground floor so not a massive issue.

Handles everything great. The apartment is super clean, just a bit minimalistic and soberly furnished, but boy is it in Berlin. The great thing is that the apartment is cleaned almost every day and, if you want, you can also get clean towels. I can't underline this, pick up the keys and hand them back when I leave and expect nothing else. Mr. Sauer, who manages the house, takes care of everything immediately if you have a problem and is very friendly. You should always let us know if you are not satisfied with something so that the landlord has the opportunity to correct it and not give bad reviews afterwards, as so many unfortunately do.If we come to Berlin again we will always book with karlito.

Excellent location in the central district, full of nice places but overall quiet.Clean apartment, medium size, decent bathroom.Small but functional kitchen area, good daily cleaning of the room.I only recommend improving the check in because the instructions were completely missing: at the time of booking on booking and then upon arrival nothing was communicated to us, only through the reviews from Google was I able to understand that the little one would have given me the keys bar present on the corner.

The apartment is spacious and light. A bit noisy environment, but you are in the middle of the city. A very nice place to explore the entire city from here by public transport. Close to Rozenthaler Platz U Bahn.

Nice apartment hotel with a good location. Not the cheapest but good standard and smooth check-in. We had a nice apartment on the second floor with a bath, kitchen and balcony.

Pros: excellent location, room-apartment was wide and bright, equipped with basic amenities and items. Cons: it was freezing, the heating had not been turned on before my arrival, hence the whole experience was botched. Staff did not look much involved either. Hopefully, the heating will be kept on, so guests can have a pleasant stay

Acceptable apartments. But there is no breakfast, although it is indicated on the website, there is no separate parking, only municipal parking for money, the refrigerator did not close 😔 The rest is simple, but corresponds to the price

Fairly decent recently renovated apartments almost in the center of the city. It is difficult to find the hotel - there is no sign, only the address. We got the keys from the bartender of a local bar, which, by the way, is quite noisy at night because of its visitors. This is a busy part of the city - pedestrians and cyclists everywhere and parking is always difficult. Minus - not a single parking space for guests, even to unload things from the car.
