Positive things first:Location was good, 5 minutes from the main stationNow for the negative:Furniture was as high as in a Tibetan temple. So you could have sat on the floor. The bed was broken, so we had to sleep on the floor on a mattress that was far too thin. It was an adventure holiday in the bad sense. The fact that the window didn't open and the door to the bathroom couldn't be closed was almost forgotten by the toaster on the windowsill right next to the curtains. I'd rather not know what the fire department would say about that. You can't be claustrophobic either, because the bed is between wall and wall. All in all, you have to know this for yourself.LG -

We arrived late in the evening by car in Hamburg and received excellent help from the staff in understanding how to get into the accommodation. …

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms for four days (we were there with 3 people) and ended up staying in apartment No. 1 on the street side (Euro 275/night).|The location is very good. …

We chose 4*.The location is great. The equipment is top and new.We were greeted warmly in the office.Upon arrival there was water, snacks and coffee in the apartment. But: early in bed, from around 6 a.m. it doesn't matter whether the windows are open or closed. They have so little sound insulation that you're really in the middle of it instead of just there, it's really loud. But okay for a city tour.

The operators of the accommodation demand an advance payment for reservations, but in my case they forgot to mention this. Exactly two weeks before the planned stay I was asked to pay two weeks before the planned stay, so I criticised this and was assured on the phone that I still had a few days to transfer the money. One day later, the reservation was cancelled and I had to change to a worse accommodation for more money, since due to the shorter time until the vacation, the prices for accommodation increased. Which also means, the operators profited from their own mistake, as they rented out the accommodation at a hefty extra charge afterwards. They also stopped all contact with me without apologising.

Great apartment for our 17th men's weekend. We were here from Thursday 22 - Sunday 25 September (apartment no. 2). We traveled to Hamburg by train and the location is ideal in that regard. Good beds, clean and modern furnishings. Because we only arrived around 11:30 PM, we were able to get the key from a key box. The only downside was that there was no bedding for one of the beds. We were able to solve this ourselves - after calling - by getting bed linen and a towel from the warehouse. As a compensation, a six-pack of beer was delivered the next day. The price was on the high side: €1,107 for 3 nights. Possibly due to the Oktoberfest season, because hotels were also considerably more expensive than a previous visit to Hamburg.

Definitely not recommended!Let's start with the positive stuff. The apartment was clean, had an attractive bathroom and a kitchen that worked fine. The rooms were fine, although the beds were quite cheap. In my case the mattress was already quite large. The noise was terrible. Drunks shouting loudly at night and construction work rumbling loudly in the morning. Unfortunately, the windows are so poorly insulated that they do little to stop the noise from outside and you could hear it clearly even with earplugs.Unfortunately the service was even worse. We asked briefly whether there was parking available. We were then told on the phone that they would put a chip in our mailbox and we could decide whether we wanted to use the garage or not. Since we all traveled by train, we didn't use them. When we moved out we were charged €80 for the garage, which we never used. But it gets even worse. After we raised our concerns, we only received cursory answers. Furthermore, the provider on our booking platform stated that we did not live in the apartment and should pay the cancellation fee, which was as high as the rent itself. It wasn't clear to me why the provider did this. Then I realized that in this case you can't write a review about the stay...Always something new in life. But I don't need the experience at this place again ;)

The apartment is only about 300 m from the main station and Jungfernstieg. It was very clean and white towels are provided. The comfortable bed is made up with bed linen. Modern bathroom and kitchen. …
