I booked there for one night because we had an appointment at the clinic. It is very conveniently and centrally located at the KH and it is not far to the Cetrum. You can park at the KH for €12 / 24 hours.The facilities are okay for a short stay. Checking in using a pin code is also practical

Facilities were okay for the price. You could choose between several country breakfasts every day. These were nicely presented, tasty and sufficient. Unfortunately, the employees are hardly available during the day, which makes it somewhat difficult to clarify open questions. Nevertheless, it was a good stay in a relatively central location

We stayed there for 2 nights because we had appointments at the clinic, a 5-minute walk away. That was very good, parking in the Klinikum car park from Tuesday lunchtime to Thursday afternoon €26, totally fine, just a 10-minute walk away. The room was fine (if you ignore the dust and cobwebs) a bit more storage space for clothes for example. Coat hooks for jackets if wet or in the bathroom would have been nice. The bathroom itself was very small. The breakfast was ok. The front door didn't have a brake when you closed it and you could clearly hear that. We wanted to address a problem with the television but there was no one there or no one was there. The only advantage was the proximity to the clinic.

Absolutely disappointing! I was moved to a room in the basement because I had booked a single room, which apparently is only in the basement. As if that wasn't enough, they even tried to insinuate that I had damaged something - a complete lie and a sign of a lack of understanding for guests!I couldn't find the hotel's supposed 3 stars on hotelstars. Be careful when booking this hotel – I strongly advise against it!The room didn't have a proper shower enclosure and the bathroom was only poorly separated from the bedroom - anything but comfortable. In retrospect, I'm annoyed that I didn't read the reviews beforehand - then I would have been spared this disappointment.There is also no reception! And to make matters worse, my room was opened even though I was still checked in. Unbelievable

The hotel is fairly centrally located.The rooms were nice and the bathroom was an ok size.There could well have been some kind of division between the rooms.There are coffee capsules and a Nespresso machine in the room, as well as a MINI fridge.There were many hangers in the closet which is nice.The area was quiet and there was no noise at night.

Establishment to avoid, my reservation was canceled the day before my arrival claiming a pricing error, how am I responsible? Own your mistake and your incompetence.Don't give your money to these impostors.

We took a three day weekend vacation here. The very good location means that driving distances are only short. Whether JP Performance, the stadium or the beautiful park around the Florian Tower. The only drawback outside the hotel is getting a parking space. The public parking spaces are always full and the other parking spaces are for residents only. The parking garage charges €30 for 24 hours... We searched often and for a long time. Especially in the evening you can despair. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Room service comes when you are not there. The reception is only staffed a few hours a day. Everything else only works with passwords. No keys! The breakfast is freshly prepared for the guest and, in our opinion, very tasty and sufficient. Thanks!

It says in the description Nespresso machine but no capsules are delivered. Sometimes the bed is made, sometimes not.

Room OK and reasonably clean. The layout of the room is devastating when there are two people. The bathroom and toilet are virtually not separated from the bedroom. Carpet invites athlete's foot. Despite repeated requests, the coffee tabs were not refilled. I'm certainly not picky. There is a lot of room for improvement here.

For me, one of the most beautiful places to stay overnight. Located in the middle, from the stadium and the city. Breakfast has to be ordered which I find very practical. I hope we'll see you again soon. Until then, have a nice Advent season and a nice Christmas time and, last but not least, a happy new year 2024. Many greetings from Thuringia

From the outside it gives the impression of an old Garni Hotel. From the inside it is super renovated, modern and cozy.There is no buffet for breakfast and that's a good thing. Guests can choose the type of breakfast (also online), which is then served by a friendly waitress. There is also more at the counter. Really highly satisfactory.

The climb to the 3rd floor with a heavy suitcase without an elevator was strenuous. The room was ok for 1-2 nights, but we didn't like the divided bathroom (toilet was separate from the shower and sink). There were sliding doors Frosted glass in front of the toilet and shower. The bed was too soft for us personally, but that's a matter of habit. There were spiders on the ceiling and cobwebs hanging all over the room. That was what we didn't like.On the positive side:The entire house smells very good. The two employees we saw were super nice. They always had a smile on their faces and were always there to help. The breakfast was awesome. You could choose between German, French, Italian, Greek, Turkish and English breakfast. In addition to what you got, there were various juices, cereals, milk, cocoa, honey straight from the honeycomb. The breakfast room is modernly furnished, perhaps a bit too cold in terms of temperature. We were more than full.The way to the Westfalenhalle is ok, if you don't want to walk you can also take the subway or taxi.
