The room is clean, tidy...the toilet is clean but it is quite far down the hall. Parking next to the building. Internet pretty bad.

We spent 2 nights in this accommodation.The location of the accommodation is great for dog owners. There are lots of opportunities for walks and, if necessary, there is also a vet nearby.I also thought the nearby shopping options were great. Walking distance to a savings bank, train station and restaurants was ideal.To the accommodation directly:The room was reasonably clean but obvious stains on the window, dust on shelves and hair in the bed are not okay with me. (I once worked as a cleaner myself) Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the room was a very pleasant size.The television was great to use, but you should be careful which streaming portals you log in to and that you log out before you leave.In my opinion, the shared bathrooms were not cleaned properly enough. On the second morning the toilet paper ran out and there was no replacement. The kitchen, which is upstairs in the attic, is well equipped and the kettle in the room is really great.The stairs were a bit difficult for my large dog to navigate and the stairs are loud.Everything is generally very loud. Both the doors that swing shut themselves, the stairs, the traffic (lots of motorbikes and loud cars) and the neighbors in the room who have to express themselves loudly during a shepherd's hour.We probably won't visit this property again.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bedding is really good. The service needs to be reviewed. The staff on the phone don't speak English well and the instructions are unclear: but it's a key box 🔑

Everything perfect! Good and uncomplicated service. The accommodation is ideal for visiting the stadium in Dortmund, as it can be reached by train in 3 stops. Rooms were very clean and offered plenty of space. Also worth mentioning would be the hygiene products (soap/shampoo) in the bathroom, as well as the possibility of making coffee in the room.

after ordering a room with 2 single beds, we got one very small double that we couldn't fit. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, the underwear stank of sweat, condoms were strewn in the room, the interior details were broken, the staff did not answer anything

If you're unlucky, you'll feel more like Harry Potter in your single room. In my case, the shower and toilet were in the hallway - but relatively new and, if not very hot, the water was warm (my colleague was unlucky in his huge double bed room with its own bathroom - it was a cold experience for him)Located in the hallway of the top floor, there was a small "tea kitchen" for everyone's use.Bed was fine, slept well, which in the end remains the most important thing.Checking in with code via key box - simple and uncomplicated.

Clean rooms with bathrooms.Price/performance is right.Edeka and Lidl almost next door (50 meters).Train station 300 meters.Bakery (which is open on Sundays) 750 metersThe only drawback: there is a lack of parking spaces (only 4 are definitely not enough).Unfortunately there is nothing except a kebab/pizza stall.

Very, very bad accommodation, didn't sleep through the day because it is extremely loud and you can hear EVERYTHING and especially the heating starts making loud noises in the middle of the night. It's really bad, I'm also shocked by the cleanliness, the bed linen smells extremely and the entire hotel smells very unpleasant. Unfortunately I can't understand the positive reviews at all, since I didn't book the accommodation myself I can't say anything about the price, but it seems to be a very cheap accommodation.
