Very nice, well-kept hotel! The rooms are large and clean, pleasantly furnished to a modern standard. We were guests here on the occasion of one of my concerts. As a pianist, it is always important for me to sleep well, and you can do that wonderfully here. The hotel is in a quiet location in Dortmund. There are parking spaces right in front of the house - we would love to come back!

Very friendly staff and good service. Pleasant atmosphere and nice rooms.No 24-hour reception, the hotel bar closes early and access to the elevator is no longer possible.Rooms not air conditioned.

After the change of ownership there is absolute chaos here. The quality of the rooms is okay, but the service (which is what makes up a hotel for the most part) is totally chaotic: the contact persons/employees are hectic, inquiries about booking content cannot be answered, there is a poor flow of information and the impression is that the employees are talking to each other They are not a well-coordinated team, but sometimes treat each other disrespectfully. As a guest you don't want to experience all of this. The food is created in a modern way and tastes very good - praise to the chef! Otherwise the system is no longer recommended.
