Don't. Not value for money. Upon entering, you are greeted by a strong chlorine smell from the swimming pool. It is old and not clean everywhere. Neglected. Friendly staff. But not willing to change the two-day trip to one night. They are resolute. I'm probably not the first to want to shorten the stay. I take my loss. And call it a day after one night. Beautiful surroundings.

Beautiful, enormous room. Beautiful, stylish, sturdy furniture. Not like in many other hotels where the cupboard is almost falling apart.Small bathroom, but with everything you need. The taps could use a new lease of life.Bed a bit too soft for my back, seats a bit too hard. Your back has to fold into the seat, and that doesn't work.Wifi has quite a bit of trouble. The food is not always to my taste, but there is an extensive choice.Extremely friendly staff, sometimes a bit distant. The surroundings are majestic. We came in autumn to see all those colors in the landscape, which is constantly changing. If you want something special: come in the fall! This hotel and the surrounding area are definitely worth it, and we didn't even get around to using the sauna, swimming pool, bowling alley, etc. I'm afraid we will have to come back again.

It is a truly classic German hotel that could use some renovation here and there. But for those who like the real German atmosphere it is fine.We enjoyed it.

We only stayed in this hotel for two of the 5 days because my husband had terrible pain in his leg and could not walk. We were not able to enjoy ourselves and spent a lot of time in the room. The room is a panoramic room but we looked out onto the parking lot. You have to hang over the balcony for the beautiful view. The room is approximately 20 m3. Bathroom with bath and a curtain in front of it. Separate toilet. Everything needs renovation. The food was good. At the reception we had to pay for the entire holiday, including food, while you would have liked to eat and stay there, but it just wasn't possible anymore. I would not recommend this hotel, I expected that they would deal with this differently. This is simply force majeure.

Went this weekend with the walking club. The food bar service excellent. Only the room still has plain tapis. We don't think that is hygienic.Highly recommended

We were on the 5th floor, the elevator only went to the 3rd floor and then many stairs to the 5th with suitcases was tiring. Small bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good and also dinner. There was also live music in the evening. All in from 5 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friendly staff

This is the second time we have stayed in this hospitable hotel. The rooms are neat and beautiful, but the sanitary facilities are not. Tiles from the last century, no thermostatic taps, no walk-in shower. But everything works well. Our room has a nice sitting area and plenty of storage space. We actually go for the nice all-inclusive package. Delicious breakfast with lots of variety and nice toppings prepared in German style. Good coffee. The dinner buffet is varied and plentiful every day. Wiener schnitzel on Wednesday, delicious! And tasty drinks in the bar from five o'clock or a large glass of draft beer from Krombacher. The service people are friendly and love a joke. In a moment, swim a few laps in the indoor pool and then sleep under the comfortable duvet. Yesterday, live music with a Country artist that really got your feet moving. Great hiking opportunities in the immediate area. And all that for a very nice price. Highly recommended for those who enjoy good German-style hospitality. Zum Wohl!
