We were there from October 15th. Guests in this house until October 20th, 2024.We liked it very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is unique. Not to forget the large selection of cakes and tarts. Thank you for the lovely time with you. We'd love to come back.

Good hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast good and very varied. Furnishings a bit old-fashioned, but this is actually irrelevant. Rooms very clean.Accommodation close to town, the spa park is just a few meters away. There is also a café in the hotel. Cake and coffee very tasty, but cake too expensive. All in all a good hotel.

The Park Café has a house with four holiday apartments, just a few meters away from the café. In mid-September, my elderly parents and I spent a week there in the “Venice” apartment.The apartment is barrier-free (wide doors, floor-level shower, etc.) and can be easily reached via the elevator. My mother was able to take her electric wheelchair into the apartment and charge it there.We were thrilled with the high-quality and comfortable furnishings of the apartment; nothing was missing. The huge balcony offers lounge furniture and lounge chairs and has a view of the garden.We were able to have our breakfast in the café for the guest price, which was our highlight every day. It's rare to find such a rich buffet!We were particularly impressed by the family service. You are really looked after by the Sprenger family and their team and feel at home. Guests traveling alone can also feel very welcome and not alone at the hotel.Absolute recommendation and again at any time!

Family hotel with cafe. Very friendly welcome and service. Large single room with window bathroom and refrigerator, clean, very comfortable bed.Huge breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.Neither does the cake counter.Hot meals are also offered.Location about 50m to the spa park, about 400m to Sälzerplatz.I was completely satisfied with the price-performance ratio!The photos are of the rose garden and morning atmosphere by the lake in the spa park.

We were there for coffee and cake with over 10 people. Everything was well prepared. From choosing the cake to serving it. No “waiting times”. The cakes are very tasty. Service is nice and accommodating. The small drawback is the parking situation. It's best to let the people who have difficulty walking out of the café and then go looking for them.

You will be greeted with a lot of warmth at the Hotel Sprenger.Unfortunately we couldn't book a room as they were fully booked. Too bad 😒.But we had a heavenly breakfast there. The breakfast buffet gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 stars from me.

The Park-Cafe Sprenger is located close to the spa park in Bad Sassendorf.It has a wide selection of cakes. On my last visit there were 21 cakes/tarts.The menu is small but nice. But everything was tasty. And the service is also very friendly and attentive.We didn't stay overnight, so I can't say anything about the rooms.Definitely always worth a visit.

We've enjoyed being coffee guests more often...On May 6th We wanted to have breakfast at 10:30 a.m. According to the website, breakfast time is until 11, or even longer... Opening time until 12:00 p.m.We were informed that Monday was a day of rest, that it was only open for house guests and that the buffet would be cleared away straight away as it would take 1.5 hours.Please change your website to allow guests to stay away!!!!

Breakfast buffet €21.50Contrary to the Google search, the cafe was already open, it wasn't supposed to open until 2 p.m.I visited the woman in rehab with my daughter and the woman had already had breakfast in the spa house (that will be important).My daughter and I actually wanted to eat a little something, so we chose it from the menu and ordered it.The waitress said it doesn't serve until later around 12:00a lunch menu and the breakfast buffet are now being cleared away. The question as to whether I won't get anything to eat was answered as YES. It wasn't 11:00 yet.Another 10 minutes later, guests kept coming from the buffet with full plates.Since there was apparently still edible food in the cafe, I went to the buffet with my daughterserved us at the buffet that had not been cleared. It was rich and the warm was only lukewarm, but I don't want to complain about that, it was already after 11:00 a.m.There are also rechauds for plates, but let's leave that alone, given the price...I went to the counter to pay, they wanted to charge me 3 x buffet, they noticed that my wife was also at the buffet.Now I had to ask three times who saw it and claimed that the waitresses were busy at the checkout in pairs and acted as if I spoke Chinese.But I pressed for an answer and then one of the waitresses seemed as if she had seen my wife at the buffet. My wife is currently using two crutches.Here we were accused of obtaining a service by fraud and attempted fraud.Ultimately we paid for what we ate.
