We were received somewhat coolly: we introduced ourselves and so did the owner. She gave us our key and said: "this is the key to your room and front door. You can go up the stairs and immediately to the right and there is your room. I wish you a nice stay". That's it. It was also very cool in the morning. The room was a bit dated, but the bed was bad. The breakfast was good. All in all just under 3 stars and for me 3 stars is sufficient.

If you just want to switch off, are mobile - Bad Sassendorf is about 7-10 minutes by car -, love horses and are old school in a certain sense, this is the right place for you in my opinion. - A loving atmosphere, a rich breakfast and a very friendly senior boss round the whole thing off.Thanks for the nice time!

The best thing you can say is that the room was nice and big. But the 80s called and they want it back. The breakfast was okay too. In the very narrow shower, the sealing rubbers hang out at the bottom, mold is growing in the edges, the entrance to the house is difficult to see because there is no sign in a meaningful place, when it comes to service you have the feeling that you are being a nuisance and are in favor of it it quite expensive. €75 is too much for this room at the end of the world with a telephone from the early 90s as the only equipment. The agreements were also not properly communicated to the staff.

First overnight stay on my city hopping tour.Unfortunately, I had to take a taxi on a Sunday afternoon because public transport was no longer available at that time.But the location a little outside is fantastic for those in need of peace and quiet, so I slept very well after a friendly and uncomplicated check-in.The room was clean, beds were good and a private bathroom was always a bonus.After a great breakfast, personally prepared by the senior lady of the house, I continued my journey completely satisfied.Thank you again for the special transport service to the train station and the very pleasant time.Gladly again.

The facility is a bit outdated, but it's extremely clean. Very friendly operators and a wonderful and delicious breakfast in a great atmosphere.
If we are in Soest, Bad Sassendorf and the surrounding area again, we will definitely book this hotel again. We felt very comfortable.
