A beautifully renovated hotel. We felt very comfortable. The check-in worked great. Checking in at a later hour is particularly nice. A star deduction for the somewhat high price for one night. You can definitely recommend the hotel.

Very nice and uncomplicated hotel! Check-in possible via reception or machine - super cool! Super nice and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Our room was very clean and we had a great night's sleep! Rich breakfast and good parking. Gladly again!

Absolutely recommended! The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is also really great. There is a small fridge, nice lighting in the room and a. Ceiling fan. (Air conditioning would of course be a little better.) The breakfast is excellent, the selection is great and the breakfast room is also nicely designed. Staff is very friendly! The location is good, it's only a few meters into town and there is a parking space right in front of the door. The check-in machine also worked very well, so there are no concerns about that. I would stay here again at any time!

The newly renovated rooms are great. Nice interior and really big. The service at breakfast and housekeeping could be better. The breakfast itself is good. The reception is staffed until 2 p.m., there is an emergency number, which in our case no one answered and was not called back.

Nice little accommodation, also for families. Unfortunately it's right on the main street, but that's okay at night. Air conditioning in the room. It was difficult to sleep with the window open because we had the cooling system from the restaurant directly below us. Contactless check-in. You have to like it, but it was okay. Breakfast completely okay.

Very modern room with air conditioning/heating. The bathroom was equipped with the latest technology. Check-in was easy to do independently thanks to a screen in front of the entrance. The breakfast was fresh and had what your heart desired. There were various restaurants near the hotel for the evening. We were less than 10 minutes from Heide Park by car. We would always come back.

Pretty little hotel with plenty of parking spaces in front of the door.For the time when personal check-in is not possible, there is a machine in front of the entrance that works great - even if you don't have a reservation.The hotel is located right on the main street, so it's difficult to sleep with the window open. Shops are nearby and there are also one or two snack bars, although we can't recommend them.It's just under 10 minutes by car to Heide Park.Our room was newly renovated, absolutely modern and clean. There was even air conditioning.The breakfast was small and nice, not mass-produced.The only criticism is that there was no WiFi available in our room.All in all a nice little hotel!

We are “repeat offenders”! We stayed here overnight on our way to the north on holiday last year. This year, we felt super comfortable in the renovated comfort room, slept very well and started the further journey north well rested. Happy to come back!!

This was our third stay in the Heideparadies Soltau and we are very satisfied every time. Over the last year the hotel has been completely renovated and modernized; it now looks like a completely new hotel. Before, the hotel was, as described in many other reviews, a bit old-fashioned, but this is no longer the case.The rooms are very nicely furnished, there is a TV, a closet and now finally air conditioning (which you should also use in the summer as it gets quite warm in the room). There are also automatic curtains and the whole room was also very clean. Some of the rooms are on the main street, but the noise didn't bother us as the noise isn't that loud when the windows are closed.The bathroom is one of the most modern I've seen in a hotel; there is e.g. B. underfloor heating, a modern rain shower and a smart toilet with a built-in bidet. A hairdryer is also available.The hotel is centrally located in Soltau city center; you can walk to a supermarket in under 10 minutes. The Heidepark is only 7 minutes away from the hotel and the Designer Outlet is only 11 minutes away.The staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems. There are also enough free parking spaces next to the hotel for guests.Breakfast is served every day from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and, in my opinion, the buffet is very well presented and there is something for everyone. I can only recommend the scrambled eggs. But in addition to fruit, vegetables, rolls, sausage, cheese, juices and drinks, there is actually everything you need.My only criticism of the hotel is that despite the modernization, stable internet is not available anywhere in the hotel.The signal is weak, not password protected and did not provide an internet connection for us. For whatever reason. But that's the only point of criticism I could find.This hotel is a good choice if you are looking for a relaxed, modern and cozy hotel that is centrally located in Soltau and not far from Heidepark.Our stay was very nice and we will definitely come back again in the future, as the hotel has now earned the name “Heideparadies” more than before.

This hotel is a joke. 3 stars given maybe 20 years ago, they do not reflect current state. Hotel room Ive got was dirty and filthy. As a bonus, Ive received dirty sock of previous guest behind bathroom door. Towels stinks like were never washed. Dust in the room is unbelievable. Rooms looks like from the 80s. Location is an nightmare - next to active church, so bells goes off as late as 21.00, but they also goes off every half an hour signalizing time (also in the night). Last floor rooms (that is the one ive got) heats up in the summer badly (off course no air con in the room). Roof windows cant be open when is raining. My roof window had broken curtain, so I could not blind it, and it was located directly above my bed, it means that in summer time, sunlight hits your eyes at 5 o'clock in the morning, successfully preventing sleeping. Crew was informed about this several times, they could not care less.The only positive is the breakfast which is not great, but is OK.Stay away of this hotel, I will for sure.

We stayed at the Hotel Heide-Paradies with 5 people for 3 nights. The location of the hotel was great for us because we were in the Center Park Bad and the Heidepark. But unfortunately I have to say that the hotel rooms were incredibly dirty and very old-fashioned. The breakfast buffet was unimaginative and not very appetizing. Too bad!

Catastrophe! Cupboard doors loose, toilet seat hanging at half past seven. When the toilet flushes in the next room, you stand vertically in bed.It looks clean, but it's really ratty!The man at the reception was very nice, the rest really doesn't work!!Location: right on the main street🫣

We stayed in the hotel for three days, rooms are a bit old fashioned but very clean.Room and bathroom were cleaned daily.Very cozy breakfast room, rich buffet. Something for every taste. Very friendly staff. Price/performance absolutely okay.
