It's a shame, not like the last time I visited. Somewhat worn. The television in the room had a picture that was barely visible. It urgently needs to be modernized for the hefty price.

Some of the rooms are a bit old and the carpet is no longer up to date. The staff is great and competent, all wishes were fulfilled.

Penta unworthy. Room not cleaned. In particular, safety defects at sockets (loose and unfastened) as well as missing or falling window handles and dust on all shelves are combined with insufficient parking spaces on the premises. The house is in more than need of renovation. The reception does not want to find a solution to the complaint and would rather accept this recession than face the truth. We block the company PENTA from the business trip catalog.

Three stars - and the staff saves it!I'm really impressed by how friendly and motivated the service staff at the hotel are in ironing out management's mistakes and smiling away.Even the check-in process is a disaster. Therefore there are long queues and when I checked in at 6 p.m. I had to wait over 30 minutes. It took me the same amount of time to park my car in the far too narrow parking garage without an accident. The duplex parking spaces are far too small, the entry radii are incorrectly measured, and high steel edges endanger the tires. And conventional outdoor parking spaces are also a puzzle. What else caught the eye: The rooms are getting old, the renovated bathrooms improve the overall impression. The bathroom was missing a large towel to dry off after showering. The hallways are in need of renovation, the conference area has small, non-ergonomic chairs, the air conditioning causes interruptions in the conference process and the path to the toilets in the basement is too long. What was good: The service staff!Yes, you feel comfortable in the restaurant, at the bar and in the lounge area. Great employees who strive to make management's mistakes forgotten.

Top team, great rooms! I'm not aware of any problems with the volume BUT the reduction of the menu to a few dishes and the associated removal of burgers etc. reduce the rating by 3 stars! It's a shame it would have been a relaxed 5 stars before.

We were reserved and paid for a Penta Plus room with a view of the inner courtyard, and were given a standard room with a window facing the main street, without any notice from reception! When we asked whether that was the right room, we were given the overpaid amount, but there weren't enough rooms available. The small standard room was modernly furnished. The bed was very large and comfortable. However, there was no exhaust air or a window in the bathroom. And really bad, the noise on the main street. The windows may be double glazed. But it is extremely noisy with the traffic, the tram and people still walking around at night. Really not recommended. And honestly? What kind of way is it to simply not get the room that was reserved and confirmed weeks ago, but to pay the full expensive price and say nothing? If we hadn't said anything in the morning, it would have been a very expensive and ultra-loud standard room. It was a birthday present, it was supposed to be particularly nice, it's a shame...Conclusion: This type doesn't work at all, not recommended, insufficient!
