Underground accommodation. It already looked very battered. However, we didn't let the top location turn around again.

For the price and the location (S and subway nearby) you can't say anything. Beds were comfortable and clean. Shower, toilet and kitchen are common areas, but that's okay. Communication worked smoothly. I thought it was great.

So, the room was okay... enough to sleep! Shower ok too, toilet works too. Only in a BnB I expect the bathroom and toilet to be cleaned every day! This should urgently be changed! Towels have a strange smell to me [I always have my own] for people who are just there to sleep, they are enough for a weekend, but nothing more.P.S. I would tear out carpets!!!!

We went with interrail friends and had terrible service, they did not provide us with a place to leave our +10kg backpacks during the day, threats due to mistrust and very impatient and impertinent at checkout time. The only saving grace is the rooms which were relatively comfortable and the price was good.

The place listed at the booking site is not the same place as the actual location. It is 20 min walk away.We were installed in a small grey room without any windows!!! However, there was a locked door in the room. There is only one power-outlet, making the second bed lamp bit of a joke... The door to the room was with a big window, leaving the other people in plain sight - as well as us inside the room. The lock was just this old standard ones, that we could have opened with a bobby pin. Not very safe, when people live side-by-side.We later found out that the locked door in the room was a blocked fire escape. But it was locked making the emergancy exit unavailable.It is not worth the low cost!!And it is called BnB - but there is no breakfast.10/10 would NOT recommend!!

This really was the worst store in the last 30 years.Really very run down, I have to share the bathroom with the residents of the house. Kitchens can only be used with a lot of courage.

That was a crazy place.Potsdamer Platz is a 20-minute walk away, S and U-Bahn between 7 and 10 minutes.Bed was ok, it's a 3 room apartment - bathroom, kitchen, toilet are shared between all three rooms.Toilet was disgusting, I just mopped the floor. Pretty gross without slippers.No use whatsoever: no mirror, no wall hooks for towels/jackets (werder in the room nor in the bathroom), no toilet paper holder - the clothes hangers were a real surprise. The light in the bathroom mirror didn't work. Overall, everything seemed very unclean, but the beds were actually ok.The room door is locked with baleen locks, so very unsafe. We were able to unlock the rescue door in one room by pressing it - valuables don't feel like they're in good hands there.The rooms are actually pure trash - for the money it's a bit cheeky.

Bad experience. The photos did not correspond to reality, the location was not the one indicated on Booking. Dirty, poorly maintained apartment. Definitely not worth the €167 per night we paid.The kettle and cups were dirty and therefore unusable. The bathrooms were small, unkept and with visible stains.The lady was also very rude and not attentive to her work. It's not worth it and don't go there.

The apartment was fine. 3 rooms shared the kitchen and washroom.easy to locate walking distance to the train station. U7-U1-U2. What not so nice.. they can't accept early arrival guest since they don't lobby. I got there 3 hours early from my Flight ✈️ from Hungary. Since I didn't know the place I have no choice but to stay 3 hours in train station.. and it was freezing 🥶 that time.. ❄️❄️❄️..-4°C.

Don't book! Totally overpriced for what you get!Check-in is only possible with prior arrangement as there is no one on site. After 6 p.m. it also costs €15 and no German or English is spoken. Accommodation is not at Potsdamer Platz and pictures online do not match (neighboring house). The room is in a normal apartment, which can only be locked with a normal room key. There is a very unpleasant smell in the apartment and the cleanliness is poor.

A pure disaster! There is no reception, keys are handed over in a small closet. The lady doesn't speak any German and is only there for check-in.The room was supposed to have a shower, but it turned out to be a room with a shared shower.Shower and toilet dirty. A shower was not possible. Carpet floor cannot be accessed without slippers. The room smells like something that cannot be described exactly. Bed was broken, we slept with the mattress on the floor for two nights. The landlord did not address the defective bed and ignored the messages.

Hello everyoneYes, it's not comparable to a great hotel, but our room was very clean.You had to share the bathroom, it's true, but you know that beforehand and it was huge and even suitable for disabled people.I am disabled myself and I thought it was perfect.The communal kitchen was clean (the dishes too) and there were no tea towels but they were brought straight away.Price performance and location topGladly again 👍🤣🖐

For the price I payed, im happy with what i got. Quite spacious room, with 3 beds, a table and chairs, massive windows, towels included. The bathroom and shower are shared. No complaints to be honest. For a budget stay its perfect

Generally, I do not recommend it. There was no hot water throughout our stay, and the only explanation we received from the owners was a failure. No apologies, let alone the possibility of a room change or compensation. The bathroom is dirty and full of bugs. The only good point is the location. At this price, I recommend looking for something else.Terrible service. Zero communication. No explanations. As if they were talking to their guests "as a punishment"
