The PIN for the big gate is only available at reception when you're already inside ;)I travel a lot and I'm not picky, but coming in after an hour by chance and friendly guests is just annoying after a long day.Positive: The soap smells good. Summary: Nice hotel, terrible service/policies.The hotel itself is newer, decorated well and maintained. However, the policies are terrible.Room: The room was nice and spacious. It has large windows with electric blinds that allowed a lot of light to pour in. The view just faced the side of another building. The room came equipped with a kitchenette with utensils. There was plenty of room for a larger desk, but all there was a tiny table.Wi-Fi: The internet was unstable.Room service: You do not get daily room service. After a few days in my stay, I asked for clean towels and their policy would not allow them to change out the towels. Please give the front desk the autonomy to give fresh towels if guests need it! There was no soap in the bathroom, and I had to ask the front desk for it as well.Keycard policy: There is a replacement fee of 50€ per lost keycard. That is absurd. Most hotels provide as many keycards as you need, let alone charging an excessive fee if one is lost.

We didn't get to the room! And the money was not returned to us.We booked this hotel through late night booking and were sent instructions for self check-in.We were given the code for the safe with keys in the instructions, but the safe was faulty or the code was invalid.Therefore, after trying a thousand times, we simply booked another hotel.No one answered us in the chat.

I spent four weeks in the apartment building on Moritzplatz and found it to be mediocre overall, although the house has the potential for 5 stars. But unfortunately there are compromises in the areas of service and details.Room:The rooms are of high quality in terms of size and visual quality, but they seem a bit cold due to all the concrete, but that's a matter of taste. What bothered me was the lack of equipment, with only two forks, knives, plates, etc. You turn on the dishwasher almost every day or do the washing up all the time. The shower often smelled like a drain and there was no storage space for bathroom items - since larger items cannot be stored in the small compartment under the mirror. The room is very quiet because the insulation between the rooms is pretty good and the room is in a backyard. It can be darkened well. The refrigerator hums quite loudly at night, but I don't know if you can avoid that in a room with a kitchen.Bed:The mattress is relatively hard, I had to get used to it for several days and didn't really get it right until the end. I was constantly tense. The huge, thick pillows are a total failure. I can't understand how you can sleep on it without twisting your neck. So I initially slept without a pillow, then later got my own.Service:When I pointed out to the concierge desk from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. that my television wasn't showing any programs, they told me they would take care of it, but even two days later nothing had happened. I then discovered that it simply wasn't set up yet. After a 10-minute channel search it worked, but the fact that they didn't take care of it: stupid. The website states that the rooms are cleaned once a week. When there was still no one there after 12 days, my company inquired by phone and in writing. There was never an answer, until today. There was a very poor response to written inquiries anyway, for example when it came to invoicing. I then told the concierge desk, they said it would only be cleaned every 10 days and they didn't know anything about the information on the website. It seemed like there were no competent people sitting here anyway, but the desk simply had to be occupied. They then discovered themselves that they had forgotten me during the cleaning. Most people probably don't stay long enough for interim cleaning to take place. A day later it was cleaned. The cleanliness is okay overall, but not perfect. My clothes in the bottom shelf of the closet were full of dust, so they won't wipe them out.Conclusion:I have the feeling that the house is an investment project with a good concept but a lack of maintenance. There is no vision here to think through the details and encourage people to come back. It's more like this: the main thing is that it looks super fancy in photos, sells well and there will be demand - even if someone isn't satisfied. I will certainly never go there again, that's for sure. Not because it was a total failure, certainly not. You can live there. But I like details and good service. That cannot be found here. And my company left a small fortune there for the four weeks, so you would expect a little more attention.

During my stay, I encountered several inconveniences that made my experience less than pleasant. Firstly, there was no room service available, and the absence of air conditioning in the sweltering summer heat was a considerable discomfort. To address this issue, I had to engage in negotiations with the receptionist to obtain a fan, and even then, the fan they provided was broken, necessitating my own repairs.In addition, the bed in my room was far from comfortable, resulting in me waking up each morning feeling exhausted. Furthermore, the room itself was relatively small, which added to the overall sense of confinement.Over the course of my six-night stay, I found myself eagerly counting down the days until my departure, primarily due to these subpar accommodations.
