A hidden gem in Kreuzberg with the atmosphere of the eighties around; beautiful street art! And nereby a metro station.Inside we had a very comfortable Studio + with living room, art & good design. So after a day in the city nice to come 'home' and drink a tea there. Wonderful breakfast in gallant room, again art & good design, a relaxing & good start of the day. And on top of it: great hospitality of the Wil7-Team with tailor-made advice for restaurants & concerts! Will come back:)

A very nice accommodation. Very high quality, really well located, very courteous and lovely people, very good breakfast with high quality products and tailored to every wish (no buffet) and therefore no food wasted.

Wonderfully quiet, small-scale hotel, although it reminds me more of a B and B. In addition to the rooms, there is a small reception and a wonderfully serene breakfast room. You spend a lot of time on your own, I have hardly seen other guests. Rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is super sweet! This hotel is truly a gem.

Magnificent hotel in an old building with interior garden.The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated while keeping the spirit of the place.Very comfortable bedding and very quiet place at night.Ideal location, close to everything with good restaurants nearby.A super friendly and attentive team and an incredible breakfast

I rarely feel moved to leave a negative review, but our experience at Wil7 was bad enough to warrant one. The main problem is that, as a “boutique” hotel, they do not have a 24-hour receptionist. The receptionist is there only from 7:30am-6pm. This created a major issue for us, because we misplaced our keys Sunday night and were unable to get into the room or to contact anyone who could help us. There was no emergency number, and the phone number on the door outside connected to an automatic message that said we were calling after hours. And of course no one responded the buzzer. It was by then 4:30am, and we had to find a nearby cafe to sit in for the next three hours until the receptionist returned at 7:30. When we explained what had occurred, the owner of the hotel said he could only offer an apology, and that the phone must’ve been malfunctioning. At the very least, we felt he should’ve offered a refund for that night’s stay. (Sunday night was particularly expensive, perhaps due to the Euro Cup Final.)Terrible hospitality. We advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay at the Wil7! Great location, beautiful, impeccably clean room, fantastic staff that made me feel right at home. I have sciatica and the quality mattress was perfect, I woke up pain-free every day. I rented a bike from a shop around the corner and there were plenty of racks in the building's enclosed courtyard to keep it locked safely at night. I will gladly return next time I visit Berlin.

Sometimes the right pearls are hidden. The same goes for the Wil7 Boutique Hotel. Hidden in a beautiful Berlin residential building and in an absolutely central location and easily accessible by public transport. Frequent travelers will love the personal and individual nature of this "insider tip" if they don't want to stay in the standard hostels.The service and passion of the operators know no limits, breakfast is a highlight. The rooms have a special charm, high ceilings and homely furnishings. Coffee, tea and even the outdated minbar is available. In general, you can see the quality awareness of the operators of Carmen and Stephen in the attention to detail. TVs could be bigger, maybe even one or two carpets.

Found this hotel by just researching on Google Maps and we were both absolutely delighted by what we had discovered!Such nice staff, tasteful Interieur anywhere you look, feels almost like living in Berlin as the hotel is in fact part of a very nice, typical Berlin residential house.The breakfast is just yeah! So buffet, just the right things, staff again just delightful and a great room to start the day in.

This hotel is an absolute gem. Stephen, his business partner, and their team provide a warm, friendly and personal service in this unusual and authentic boutique hotel. The rooms are beautifully converted from original Berlin apartments and are luxurious and quiet. It's not like usual hotels and is a much more relaxed and homely experience, but still provides luxury. The breakfast is also delicious and very generous. Super conveniently located only a few minutes walk from the U-Bahn. If you want a bustling, busy hotel with bar, etc, it's probably not for you, but we'd definitely stay here again on future visits to Berlin!

The hotel is not clean and absolutely needs to be renovated. It is very noisy at night, as there are private apartments above the rooms. The wifi didn't work either. The owner is visibly overwhelmed by her role, she does not know the region well, as is the case with the locals.After our reservation, we received instructions to the room. We had a lot of trouble finding the room and felt unwelcome from the start, and not just because of the absolutely impersonal welcome.Neighbors don't seem at all happy that landlords are siphoning off essential living space in a socially deprived area from Berlin's tight housing market.Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied, so we were offered a price reduction in exchange for a good review... There you go

We really enjoyed our stay: a nice, large, friendly and quiet room, great bathroom, super comfortable bed in which we slept well. Everything was very tastefully and lovingly furnished down to the last detail and was spotlessly clean. We really liked the art everywhere. The breakfast was great, something for all needs (in my case gluten-free from muesli to wonderful rolls - unfortunately not a given at all, but here it's a standard offer if needed), delicious and everything was fresh. The service: very friendly, pleasant and warm-hearted. Supportive with all questions.The location may not be super fancy, but the old house is lovely, there's great street art around it, and there's a park right there. And a lot of things within walking distance: Jewish Museum, Berlinische Galerie (especially a great Munch exhibition), but also the SPD House, TAZ, ... and really central.The negative reviews about noise, dirt or even rats - you can only be surprised! Lacks any truth!We'll be back!

The Wil7 is something special with its own charm! All rooms are on the ground floor of an apartment building complex, so the rooms can be reached via different entrances. Our room was very clean, cozy and individual. The fact that the ceiling was not painted but left "old" as an eye-catcher is a matter of taste. Breakfast is served at the table and was freshly prepared. Everything was very tasty. The breakfast room and reception can be reached via the inner courtyard. But: If you expect a classic hotel with a bar, 24-hour reception and a 100-room complex with a huge breakfast buffet, you won't be happy here. The charm comes from the fact that you live among Berliners near the Bergmannkiez and not in the tourist center. We can't understand the information from the other reviews about safety, it's just Berlin, with all facets of social differences. Always happy!
