Top location in the heart of the city. Superb apartment. Basic furnishings, but very comfortable. Good beds, good shower, two toilets. Real value for money. Highly recommended.

The houses and rooms are great, the location is great, the management - not so much. If you're applying to be a tenant here in any of the flat sharing arrangements, I would think several times before signing up. I moved in here on the 1st of October, 2024,and the flat I moved into was already occupied by 4 other people. I was never met by anybody at the time of check in, nobody told me where the kitchen storage cabinets, the refrigerator, or anything else was. The tenants already living in the house have claimed all of the storage space in the kitchen as well as the refrigerator. As someone who's paying over 1000 euros a month on rent here, the least I'd expect from a house is a dedicated shelf for myself in the refrigerator when there are 10 shelves in the refrigerators for a house with 5 tenants. All of the shelves have been claimed by the existing tenants and when I try to make some space for my own food in the refrigerator, I come back home from work to see that someone else has taken over my space again. The management refuses to intervene. I am currently keeping all of my kitchen utensils, crockery, etc in my bedroom because I have not been given any space in the kitchen. The house is not a welcoming environment and the management is too busy organizing social events to solve the actual issues being faced by the tenants - like inadequate or non existent storage space. I write this review after reaching out to the management and requesting them to intervene and explicitly state to the tenants in the household that every tenant is entitled to a dedicated space for their personal items after paying 1000 euros a month for rent, and they flat out denied the request. Therefore, I feel my review is justified. I have given the rooms a 2 star rating even though they're great because the common living space falls under the same category of "rooms" here and I don't feel like I even have access to the common living space in this house, because the management refuses to tell the tenants in the house that everyone in the house is entitled to space in the kitchen and in the refrigerator.

Great location and a comfortable apartment. All highlights close by. Parking garage around the corner, 200 meters away. Large apartment with excellent beds and spacious bedrooms.The only thing that was wrong is that there were only towels for 2 people. The booking was for 3 people. The contents of the kitchen drawer were also rather sparse, with, for example, 2 knives.

The four of us rented an apartment in Aachen for the weekend. A dream apartment with a floor-to-ceiling window front, warm wall colors, super modern and cozy, apart from a towel hook in the guest toilet there was nothing missing. Super nice and smooth even without service with a key by handing over a code, price/performance absolutely correct. Plus a great location. . Highly recommended

Good knowledge of English is necessary, there is not a word of German in this house.WiFi is only available for insiders.Windows with little soundproofing, street noise can be heard very loudly.

We moved in a few weeks ago and love being part of the community. The views from the sixth floor POHA Space open to all the residents are incredible.

Fascinating metamorphosis of rooms with proof that beautiful, functional and exciting are absolutely compatible as attributes in the segment of living, working and spending time together. Plus 5 stars for the outstanding concept of the POHA House. There was definitely holistic thinking and implementation here!I was able to be a guest at a business event and am still brimming with enthusiasm today. Not only has a highly aesthetic (!) place been created here that brings Aachen forward in terms of interior and branding, a place of community has also been created. And a very special one. In my opinion, the entire concept with all its events, open spaces and many loving details has a huge impact on the image of the city and on the culture that we actually want in Aachen: being together.
