A very nice landlady.If you had any questions you could talk to Ms. Fastenau, she is extremely friendly and helpful.The children loved the large garden with a trampoline and table tennis table. The animals are very trusting and allow themselves to be groomed and touched. We will be back definitely.

Had a perfect week of vacation (holiday home), especially my granddaughter was very happy on the farm. Ideal location for trips to Serengeti Park, Vogel Park, Magic Park, Soltau Therme (when the weather is not so good) and to the candle factory.You can then find peace and relaxation on the farm.Was the perfect combination for us.Gladly again at any time :)You should definitely visit and support the Düshorner lido and the Düshorner village shop. Both nice atmospheres for us city dwellers. Holiday feeling for me :)

We were here with the family for a long weekend. The property is spacious and very well maintained from the outside. We stayed in the "Staircase", a kind of witch's house that was probably converted into an apartment a long time ago. The furnishings are very spartan and rustic, but the bare essentials are there. If you need high-quality equipment, this is the wrong place. The hostess is very nice. Small children and dogs are very welcome - a must for us. Our dog was able to sunbathe on the lawn the whole time, our daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits, goats, donkeys and horses - great! There is also a swing and sandpit. For the older children there are a number of vehicles that can be used and for the really big ones there is a table tennis table, a basketball hoop, a small goal, badminton rackets, a barbecue hut and two sun loungers. A lot of things could be repaired/replaced here with little investment. The table tennis bats in particular are almost falling apart. I think we'll just leave a few new ones there on our next visit :-) Overall, a very nice weekend, we would come back.

We like being on this farm. It's in an idyllic, remote location. It's a good way to switch off, -) unfortunately it's already well booked for holidays/bridge days, for example. We all like the animals and for smaller children there is a sandpit, slide and trampoline. There's nothing within walking distance, but it's not necessary either. There is a bread roll service and you can cook your own food in the FW/FH.It's a bit cold at night and WiFi reception isn't the best :-)

Was a great country holiday, peace, nature and for cyclists right on a cycle route. You can also do a variety of tours by car. Please don't expect a 5 star hotel.

We had a very nice time on the farm. We felt very comfortable and were happy to stay longer. A very nice hostess who cares deeply about the well-being of the guests. Breakfast was sufficient and varied. Maybe a different kind of rolls.🧐The The communal kitchen is equipped with the most necessary items and you can prepare simple meals. A refrigerator is also available. The surroundings are quiet, there is lots of nature here where you can unwind.

A friend and I stayed at the Vollmers farm for 4 days. It was a nice atmosphere, a nice family and a nice farm with pigs, 5 horses, 4 donkeys and 2 goats. The accommodation was very clean, although there was carpet in the room.The room with a view of the garden was nice, you could look directly at blooming rhododendrons. Breakfast was in a room on the ground floor, and carpet was laid here too. Breakfast took place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and included coffee, rolls, bread, cheese, sausage, eggs, muesli, yogurt and ojuice. Everything was lovingly prepared and tasted very tasty.If you want to get away from everyday life and have peace and quiet, this is the right place for you. There is a lot of forest and fields around it, it is ideal for hiking and cycling tours.Would come again.

Beautiful farm, very family friendly with lots of animals that are happy to be petted. Large garden with play equipment and sand toys. A paradise for children. We felt extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, time has flown by.Highly Recommended!!!

Very nice farm, very nice family! Had a great holiday from reception to departure.The animals on the farm can all be petted and are super sweet.The rooms are very nice and clean, and the breakfast was also very tasty.We'll be back.

We've been there several times now. Can only recommend the wonderful accommodation, especially in the stairwell on the great property. Plenty of good breakfast,very nice family with a lot of humanity and at a good price.For people who love nature and animals, this is the right place for you. We'll definitely be back...

Beautiful farm, ideal for a family holiday. Ideal starting point for trips to the Serengeti Park, bird park, heath park and much more. The children were able to develop freely and let off steam.

An oasis of calm. Far away from busy roads, ideal for children.Play opportunities in the park-like garden or in the hotel's own forest. Lots of animals to pet. My highlight are the donkeys!
