Run away!!!Unpleasant person, unprofessional and insulting... He sends you the payment for idiots, refuses to receive you if you do not arrive in the time slot he has chosen but, he collects the reservation without wanting to reimburse you while he refuses you... Go look elsewhere, to a real professional but not to this rude amateur

My grandmother tried to book on Booking and for some unknown reason her card did not go through. My aunt put her card in the next day and it worked, the reservation was made, confirmation email...Impossible to contact the owner, we come directly to the voicemail 2 days in a row.The same day I was able to free myself from work, I brought my aunt there and no one answered. We ring, we call, no one. Door closed.We then decided to ask a neighbor, who advised us to go around and pass by the restaurant (same property and owner) and that this is not the first time that the owner has left customers stranded.Restaurant exceptionally closed, no one answers, no one picks up! For 45 minutes we stood there in the cold and I saw someone go to the window and hide!I am outraged by such a lack of professionalism! And if my aunt was alone, what would she have done without means of transportation and with her health problems?On Booking the reservation is still in progress, and my aunt has been preveled and they are playing absent?!My aunt may not be from here, but my husband and I do, we live there. Beware.Shame on you ! To flee!

To flee. If rating 0 existed, that's the one I would have chosen. Obnoxious, angry, rude owner, filming and monitoring customers without their knowledge, unable to say hello but warning people to wear masks (outside and in places where we are alone...) so that he does not wear one and that the regulations only “invite” to wear one. Although we had booked until 12/26, we had the pleasure of learning when we returned from Christmas Eve at 1 a.m. with a little note of denunciation that we would be kicked out on 12/25 at 9 a.m. ("and not another minute") for "non-compliance with rules" that were as incomprehensible as they were inappropriate, and that we were "the most i******** customers he ever had If" the rule. , it's the rule" on wearing a mask: 1. We write that it is obligatory and not just an "invitation" in the internal regulations, 2. We provide them to our customers. In short, put outside, supervised , insulted, all for a high price and a totally absent service (not even a coffee or a breakfast), cleaning done apparently every 36th of the month, even worse bedding, animals in the roof (nocturnal atmosphere guaranteed ), it's quite simply a scam. The landlord only does this for the money since he clearly hates hosting.

Too demanding, mask obligatory, check in at 9 a.m. even on Sunday or 20 euros more to stay until 12 p.m. and per person, 136 euros a night to be woken up by the noise of pipes or I don't know what, difficult to sleep sincerely a formula 1 at 40th is worth 100 times more, owner hautes and unpleasant. A cafe you can dream of it would be able to charge you for sugar, barrier to not use the terrace and ban on smoking in the enclosure you have to go to the street outside.

I had a booking through Expedia. When I got there the "hotel" was closed and no one was available. With the help of friendly neighbors, I was able to contact the owners while traveling in Italy. The lady claimed that she didn't have a reservation from me, even though I had it in writing. I had to get another hotel. In response to my complaint, the brazen owners replied that I probably needed to learn to read properly. An incredible experience. The Bischwiller community tourist office never responded to my report. Since then I have avoided Bischwiller and this “hotel”.

There are no words to describe the night spent with this filthy individual Dishonest and incorrect and when I think of the pseudo rented room which looked more like a cold garden shed 17 degrees in December No sheet for the bed for two people We slept in our clothes Why do you still accept this kind of character on your site? be careful thief, following a reservation made in 2017, we arrived, door closed, therefore not benefiting from our stayand as a result, as if by chance, we were charged twice for the same hotel in 2019 on our card, without any request from us.
