The hotel is very centrally located right next to Ulm Minster. From here you can start some activities. The hotel is tastefully decorated and everything is very clean and tidy. The room is spacious and also very nice. The mattresses were great, you can sleep very well. The bathroom is perfectly adequate, there is enough space and the shower is great. The breakfast buffet is varied and has something for everyone. Egg dishes are made fresh, which I think is great too. If you don't find anything here, it's your own fault. The entire team is very friendly and accommodating. Here you can really feel comfortable and enjoy yourself.

Simply perfect!!! Very nice staff room is nice and tidy and the location is perfect in Ulm as well as good food in the hotel and around it. Plus, it's luxuriously family friendly and very quiet! There is also a pharmacy next to the hotel if you are not feeling well!!

The hotel is really centrally located, right in the middle of the city center. Everything is within walking distance, so a car is not necessary. The main street is really loud. Because of the noise, you can't keep the windows open.Otherwise very modern rooms.Kudos to the staff! They always have a smile on their face. Very nice and helpful.

It is difficult to rate the hotel because a city hotel in the middle of the city brings with it noise. What we didn't find so funny is that there is no air conditioning in our room on the 5th FLOOR. The small fan was a bit ridiculous. This also gave us a bad night after a strenuous journey. Opening the window was impossible, especially since there was a major event taking place across the city that weekend. The hotel knows this too and doesn't accommodate guests in rooms that don't have air conditioning. Otherwise the room was very nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet was good. The tables for two people are very small. Clearing away the used plates went smoothly or not at all.

Nice, nice but not too large room. There was no reception after 2 p.m., we could only check in with a code, which is a bit impersonal. The morning after you will only meet the people who work there, they are super nice and helpful. The location is perfect, right next to the cathedral (munster). and if you cross the street you are immediately in the cozy old town. The only downside was the heat in the room in the evening / at night. It was 18 degrees outside, and inside we couldn't get it lower than 26 degrees. We had the fan running at full speed, but that only helped for 2 degrees. We had the window open for a while, but due to the noise of the traffic this was not possible all the time. When the window is closed it is quiet.Tip: do something about the temperature control and then it will be 5 stars.

Above-average large and beautifully furnished rooms. Due to the location, you can only sleep with the windows closed and then the air conditioning has to be turned on.The mold in the shower is absolutely negative. Absolute no-go!!!Also the good breakfast meight doesn't make up for this. Very unfortunate.

Hotel directly between Münsterplatz and a very busy street with extra bus lanes. There are no parking facilities whatsoever. If you arrive by car, you have to go to the city's huge underground car park, which has very reasonable prices. The hotel does not have its own parking spaces. It feels like the dozens of bus lines go everywhere, including to the Wiley concert site.Check-in quick and easy. Large elevator available (wheelchair fits easily).Advance messages via the booking portal were processed, but despite requests for feedback, unfortunately there was no response. We expect something different with 4 stars and their prices. At night there is a night watchman in the lobby; you can only get in with a room card. The deluxe room is large, several windows that can be opened, working air conditioning, the circulating air noise is tolerable.Electricity only with inserted room card. This also applies to the water sensor! Two beds pushed together, we know the king bed differently. Lying quality is satisfactory to sufficient, cracks for visitors are annoying. We slept much better in a foreign country.Very good blackout curtains, which are also necessary due to the southwest side location. Electric blinds, the ones on the long side of the room didn't work.Several different seating options available. We didn't use the large TV, which cannot be seen from the bed.A medication refrigerator for the room is available upon request.Window bathroom with opaque glass door. Walk-in rainforest shower with non-slip tiles, but no hand shower or handle.Electrical sensor on the sink faucet. Very impractical for us because our posture does not correspond to the position of the sensor. By turning it on again and again, the water jet comes out at quite high pressure and sprays everything around it wet. Adjusting the temperature of the water individually is also difficult. It feels like I use significantly more water.Towels have nice quality and are not such rags.Sturdy little plastic cups in the dispenser.Breakfast: standard selection, egg dishes prepared on request, baked goods were pale, regular refills/refills, fully automatic coffee machine.Outer packaging is still available. There was a wellness area but we didn't use it.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Only the gentleman at the PC seems overwhelmed and insecure. He was unable to answer several questions.Room service: Glasses are not changed every day, trash cans in the room are not emptied, it worked in the bathroom.Severely disabled people: with the blue parking permit AND parking disc you have the opportunity to park in the small residential street between the police and the hotel.A wheelchair does not fit under the vanity in the bathroom. Conclusion: Overall, we found the price-performance ratio for two nights with breakfast (two people) to be too expensive. As of: beginning of September 2024

A very nice hotel in a great location to see the city and experience something. The service was a 5/5, requests were received and implemented very well.Unfortunately I have to deduct one point from the rooms because at the beginning I had a very inconveniently located room on the market side. It was very loud, which wouldn't have been a problem since the windows were well insulated. The small room was not equipped with any air conditioning, which is why I had to open the window because it was 30 degrees in the room, but I couldn't sleep due to the open window, the high temperatures and the high noise level.I then told service about this and they gave me a new room after a room became available. So very friendly. Thanks to the great service team who made the stay very pleasant.I'd love to come back :D

Actually a great, modern, well-equipped hotel with friendly staff, but some cheapskate didn't have air conditioning installed in the standard rooms. In summer we had a room temperature of 28.7 degrees. Opening windows is obsolete because it's right in the city center, maximum street noise and drunken mobs shouting in the alleys. It was impossible to find a night's sleep there in the concrete gorges and we were very disappointed because it was also not possible to change our booking to a comfort room with AC.
