We went on a babymoon for 4 days this year and were very excited. Starting from the very nice rooms to the spa area. The food was very good and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. In keeping with the babymoon, the room even had a side sleeper pillow (very important for a good night's sleep during pregnancy), a small wooden toy car and a small “Mom-to-be” button. The package also included a pregnancy massage and a back massage for him.It was very relaxing and we are already looking forward to our next stay.

From the entrance to the hotel, to the beautiful, spacious room to the spa area, everything was super clean and furnished with a lot of style and love! The spa treatments were to die for and so was the breakfast buffet and dinner!Had a wonderful time here and would love to come back! ✨

We Sven Kerskes and Simone Frenzel were in your house for the first time. Arrival on October 9th, 2024 to October 12th, 2024 + 1 day extension, so we traveled by train to Bad Reichenhall and from there took a taxi to your hotel. It is wonderfully located in a forest area, just peace and quiet. When we checked in we were greeted in a very friendly and warm manner at the hotel and were given a beautiful room with a view of the mountains and were then invited to a welcome glass. The breakfast is just amazing and the snacks in between are also the best at dinner. We had a place in the Stüberl just to the right and our waitress Christina was super friendly and left nothing to be desired, especially a big compliment to the chef Mr. Förster sent us on a culinary journey, great food, keep it up, great drinks at the Felix bar and very friendly. The spa area and everything your heart desires is just great, as is the outdoor area. Cleanliness is very important, nothing was missing, a big thank you to all the staff and of course to the Färber family, we will be back as soon as possible, it was an unforgettable holiday, thank you very much.

I am a regular guest at the hotel - be it for the day spa or for breakfast - and I have to say that I have rarely experienced a hotel and restaurant that seems so harmonious in so many areas. I would particularly like to emphasize the extraordinary friendliness of the staff. Today I was looked after very attentively by Mr. Maximilian Günther, and on previous visits the welcome was always very warm. A great house with fantastic cuisine that operates at the highest level in our region!

Wonderful relaxation in the wellness hotel KlosterhofWe spent three relaxing days at the Klosterhof wellness hotel, which we visited as a couple to escape from everyday life. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and welcomed with a welcome drink. We really liked our nature room - the modern furnishings, the comfortable bed and the view of the greenery invite you to switch off. We were particularly impressed by the modern art that is present throughout the hotel, with a unique piece of art in each room.We also felt completely at home in terms of cuisine: in the evening a multi-course menu was served, from which we had three different options to choose from. The service was always attentive and friendly. We ended the evening relaxing with cocktails at the bar. The lunch buffet and the afternoon cake buffet offered us a great selection, and breakfast left nothing to be desired - we particularly liked the large selection of tea and fruit as well as the many types of muesli. In the wellness area we used the sauna area, the floating room and the indoor and outdoor pools. We were particularly impressed by the heated outdoor pool, the free drinks and snacks, the beautiful relaxation rooms and the open fireplace - ideal for relaxing.Suggestions for improvement: The massage tables in the wellness area could be made a little more comfortable in the head area, for example with gel cushions. We would also be happy to have an additional vegetarian menu for the evening menu, as there is currently only one common option for vegetarians and vegans. At buffets, it would be helpful to mark vegetarian dishes with a "V". For couples going on a babymoon, it would be nice if corresponding dishes were also marked.Overall, we can highly recommend the hotel and would have liked to have stayed longer. We will definitely come back and thank you very much for the great hospitality!

We like to travel a lot and have stayed in some good hotels, but our stay at the Klosterhof was by far the best and couldn't be beaten in the overall package. The included enjoyment package lives up to its name and the high quality of the hotel facilities is also reflected in the selection of food, drinks, etc.Immediately after our arrival, we felt so comfortable that we promptly extended our stay for another night (thank you for making this so easy for your team). The surrounding area is fantastic for slowing down and can still be used as a good starting point for numerous activities and excursions. After our hikes, we enjoyed the fantastic wellness area and were pampered the entire time by the really friendly and great team at the hotel. The working atmosphere here is obviously very good. Our dog was also warmly welcomed and received some amenities on site. For us it was simply a perfect stay, the relaxation will last for a long time :-) We will definitely be back!

What a lovely hotel, the rooms are very nice and modernly decorated. Before we even arrived, the email contact was incredibly friendly. When we arrived, we received a very friendly welcome and since we arrived shortly before 4 p.m., our luggage was accepted so that we could enjoy the cake offer with our welcome drink. The course offering was very diverse and small groups. The spa and sauna area was also incredibly beautiful and the entire hotel is beautifully laid out and furnished. The dinner with the 4 course menu plus salad buffet and very tasty bread plus 2 different spreads was always delicious and we ate things that we hadn't eaten before in the combinations, incredibly tasty and very beautifully presented. And there were 3 different menus, where you could also exchange starters etc. with each other and put together your own individual menu. This hotel is also perfect for pregnant women, as some courses are offered, spa treatments are also specially designed for pregnant women with a corresponding massage table, and a menu for pregnant women is put together by the chef, but you don't have to choose. The staff was more than friendly and always in a good mood, we have never had such a positive experience before. We have absolutely nothing to complain about because everything was positive beyond normal. We are still so positively impressed by this hotel and always think about it fondly and definitely want to come back more often.🥰😍
