The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The sleepersofa in the livingroom needs to be updated. I could feel each spring and my body was hurting the next day. I could only sleep for 2 hours due to the spring pressing in my body

This is the most expensive hotel that I have even been to that does not offer anything. For 178 a night you would at least thought it came with breakfast coffee or something. But being that I had to be medivac here I needed something close to the hospital this was it. But I will never stay here again. For this price I could have preferred staying at a Hilton Brand hotel. Then I asked can I can I get a late check-out and whoa a whole night's stay you have to be kidding me. Come on guys this is a military community.

Perfect for when you have procedures and have to see the doctor again. It's about 100 meters from the emergency room. Has a laundry room and is quiet. Love this place.

Super nice. There is a full kitchen with all the normal appliances (oven, stove, medium refrigerator, toaster, microwave, etc.). Each room has its own wifi (25.5 download, 2.17 upload). Each room has a heating radiator you can control, openable windows (no ac), and ceiling fans. The bathroom has its own heating unit. No problem with the water temperature fluctuating. The rooms have EU plugs so bring an adapter and probably a power strip for convenience. Definitely exceeded my expectations for on base housing especially when I saw we were being driven into an army base.

Waaaaay overpriced but convenient. Staff is friendly & helpful. The internet speed is the slowest I’ve seen since the invention of the modem. Dialup was actually faster.

I enjoyed the hotel very much. Clean room, mostly everything you need and more than convenient to the hospital. I enjoyed my month stay and highly recommend to everyone. Staff is very nice as well.

Gave 1 extra star due to the location of being on base and within walking distance of where you need to go.Recently the price has increased to 149/night from 70/night. There has been zero improvements and yet want to charge military members premium prices.The inn needs to be demolished or majorly renovated at least for the VQ rooms. Cold and Hot water will change on a dime. You'll find roaches running around. The hallway lights always seem to be out. HOT. no AC as normal in Germany however the rooms are insanely hot. No breakfast of any kind. Go to Hotel Christine in Landstuhl or Hotel & Flammerie Pfeffermühle next door. For better living quarters and breakfast included and much cheaper cost.

LARGE rooms that include private bath, a separate living area, a kitchenette with electric stovetop, fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker, separate bedroom with a second TV. The Wi-Fi is fast enough to stream your Netflix/Amazon Prime and such. The shower has never ran out of hot water and has great water pressure. The laundry facility is very clean and well-kept. You are within walking distance to the gym, Express, and dining facility. It is a very quiet location, can never hear your neighbors, and the hotel reception staff are EXTREMELY helpful to ensure you have an enjoyable time during your stay.
