We had a beautiful apartment, with a kitchenette (fridge with freezer, Nespresso machine, two-burner stove, dishwasher) and bathroom. Nicely fresh and modern furnishings. Ideally located in Schanzenviertell. Dozens of eateries and cafes in the area.It is convenient for breakfast and shopping that there is a Penny Market opposite the Boardinghouse. Fresh sandwiches, wine, beer, soft drinks: everything for sale for very reasonable prices.Take a good look when you arrive: Schulterblatt 18a is located behind a fence (easy to open to unload your things). After unloading, you can park the car for 15 euros per day in a Tief garage around the corner (3 minutes' walk).Very friendly and helpful management.Highly recommended. It's not cheap, but worth the money.We think Schanzenviertell is certainly the nicest, hippest, alternative part of Hamburg. Don't be put off by the graffiti: it is a wonderful place to stay.

Very central. Great rooms. Everything is there: from a hairdryer to a bottle of wine (coffee and tea are also available) to an ironing board and iron + laundry room. Carefree package. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking spaces are offered comparatively cheaply (15€/night) - just around the corner. Easy unloading in the yard possible.

A dream in the middle of probably Hamburg's trendiest district! Great rooms, great location. Very well maintained & friendly staff. Located in the back yard, you can unfortunately hear the humming of the exhaust from the kebab shop on the street in front when the window is open at the back... Hence one star less. Next time I would take a room on the other side. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about! The connection to public transport is also great or you can just walk. Great experience!

Great apartments in a great location. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Only the specified quiet time at 9 p.m. is not always observed by the apartment neighbors. Let alone the surrounding neighbors, but the accommodation can't do anything about the latter.

Absolute insider tip! Small oasis in the middle of the busy ski jump. I often come here on business and have been in almost all of the rooms - without exception, they are all beautifully furnished, some even have Dyson air conditioning. I have always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay overnight in Hamburg, which it's best not to tell too many people about so that the charm is preserved :)

Small but well equipped and nice apartment with a nice terrace. Convenient location for visiting the city. Furthermore, the apartment, despite being in the heart of a very lively neighborhood, is incredibly quiet: you enter an internal courtyard and leave all the noise outside. The people who run it are extremely kind and helpful. Everything organized very well. We had the family apartment, the single room is really very small and the French double mattress is too soft for my tastes.

I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. My family and I had a confirmed reservation, but they canceled it only one day in advance, leaving us scrambling to find alternative. The period in question was a national holiday which made the situation even worse. Their solution was to offer us a small, far away apartment and suggested that our young children could stay there separately. The hotel showed no remorse for their mistake and offered no real solutions to rectify the situation. When we came to check out the hotel later, we found that the area was very loud, dirty, sketchy, and unsafe. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience that left us feeling mistreated and undervalued as customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel.
