Unfortunately the service was extremely unfriendly and so we decided against enjoying the wonderful cakes. It's a shame when you miss your job so badly.

We stopped in for coffee and cake on Sunday after a hike with the family.The furnishings are typical of a South German confectionery and bakery-confectionery. The displays are beautifully draped and filled with a wonderful selection.We waited a long time for our order due to high demand and the unfortunately unorganized catering team. A wonderful selection of various baked goods that looks very inviting to us but tastes appealing to the average older audience (classic, lots of volume :-), little taste variation). Finally we had to wait about 45 minutes for the bill. We would like to praise our waitress because she mastered a huge station on her own. Still a really annoying aftertaste to the visit.

Great café in a central location in beautiful Hinterzarten.Went there on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed. It's been a long time since I've eaten such delicious cake. Coffee was good too. Service calm and friendly.We enjoyed it so much that we went there again the following day.It's just a shame that the café is closed on Saturdays. We just had to take the cake with us.

Hello everyone,Hinterzarten the pearl in the Black Forest.🤓The café shines in the middle of the town.A must stop here.Cake 🎂 absolutely recommended.The staff extremely hardworking.The boss is a person who has been running it with ❤️ and love for many years.I always enjoyed coming here, we were only 10 back then and now at 60 everything has grown with us. Addressed to everyone You shouldn't miss a visit.Kind regards to everyone and a special hug to Monika 🥰 from the far north. You fully deserve a 5 plus star 💥💯👍

Very good cafe. The cakes and tarts are of high quality. Likewise the chocolates. The staff is very friendly and puts in a lot of effort despite being busy on weekends. On weekends it is often difficult to find a place despite there being a lot of space. You just have to be patient, but you will be rewarded for it.

You MUST visit this bakery and pastry shop, either to buy something directly for your home, e.g. excellent croissants, a wonderful muesli or a piece of cake, so that you are sent to culinary “heaven”. The same also applies to the café, where you can comfortably enjoy the delicacies at the table. Long-standing, absolutely friendly staff serve you with heart and courtesy, which is so refreshing that you'll be happy to return again. You simply MUST order the Black Forest cherry cake to enjoy it; every bite is a delight for the taste buds. Very light in taste and you can also feel the cherry, which is not always the case; a dream for the soul. Many thanks to the sales and service staff, but also to those who create the delicacies with a lot of love and care!♥️

As soon as we are in Hinterzarten, the place automatically attracts us. There you can find delicious fresh bread, veggies, a variety of cakes, chocolates and much more. My personal favorite is the “Feldbergspitze”, which is indispensable for me. There are various seating options: in front of the house, in the lower area inside, upstairs in the elegant tea room and on the terrace with a view of the Adlerschanze.

A very traditional cafe. Great selection of cakes, tarts and sweet pieces. Also lots of chocolates. There is also salad or soup if you are slightly hungry.We'd love to come back.

A very nice café/restaurant with attentive and friendly service 😉 The selection of chocolates and bread products is great - if it weren't so far away, I would get my bread there every day 🫠 Highly recommended!
