Great breakfast...room very clean....great service....very happy to come back...P.s. Anyone who complains here is complaining at a high level...it's just a guesthouse and not a hotel...but I usually have to pay more in the hotel...I've been here for the second time and I always get this simplest rooms without TV... I think that's great, and if I get bored, I'll go to this beautiful city...

Well, my "premium room" was clean, tidy, newly renovated and furnished. But it's a long way from "premium". The TV with around 25 standard channels was barely bigger than my notebook ;) but it's okay for staying overnight

Was here in 2023. This year I had room 315. Two single beds, two windows. View of the very beautiful Marian column illuminated at night. Room didn't have a TV, but that wasn't relevant to me. Was a hiker on the Moselsteig. Photos taken, unfortunately memory problems, currently not available.

Had a doctor's appointment and then had coffee ☕️ ☕️ and cake in the cafeteria downstairs in the Schönfelder Hof shop. Bought 2 pieces of covered 🍎 apple cake. We've tried a lot of apple cake but couldn't compare to this one. We also had very good meat and sausage products

During my hospital stay, my wife was able to spend a few days in the beautiful guesthouse.It is certainly an insider tip, because everything here is of the finest quality, great room, large modern bathroom, television, refrigerator, etc.A breakfast buffet is also offered, but nothing is missing at all.Absolutely recommended!!!Staff extremely friendly and helpful.Keep it up

I was in this guest house on 01/21/2021. I spent only one night before being admitted to a nearby hospital. Since I didn’t have time to arrive at 7:00 for hospitalization in any way other than by car, and it was impossible to go by car, since I had surgery on my eyelid. I really liked the guest house; at a cost of 33.00 euros per night, it has everything you need for a normal holiday. I got room 222, which is on the 3rd floor or 2nd floor by German standards. You can’t just get to the floor and the main entrance from the street is always locked (the room key fits this lock, so you can always get into the room), in the elevator, you also need to use the room key to go up to the desired floor, the key fits to any floor (tried it). The room is very clean, the mattress on the bed is quite hard, which is good for me, but may not be so good for others. In my room there was no refrigerator, there was a small 26-28 inch TV, two huge wardrobes with mezzanines. I don’t know why they are so big in a single room. I was very pleased with the toilet and shower, everything was very clean, the pressure of hot water was just super! There was a small soap and a small bottle of shampoo (maximum two times if you have short hair). The location is very good to the Moselle river, about 5-10 minutes walk if not in a hurry. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the station, also slowly. The food in the hospital cafeteria is tasty and not expensive. Lunch soup + main course with two servings of meat approximately 4-7 euros. This cafeteria (actually a dining room) is open from 8:00 to 18:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 15:00 on weekends. There is bottled beer, but I didn't look at regular or non-alcoholic beer. A bunch of all kinds of buns, cakes, there are dishes packaged to take with you to your room (in glass jars, with rubber rings under glass lids, as I understand it, they are packed hot, like canned food) I turned off the heating and opened the windows, because I like sleep when it's cold. During the day, despite the fact that the windows overlook the church courtyard, it is quite noisy, since along the fence on the left there is an old cobblestone road and ordinary cars drive along it with the sound as if a truck is passing, but in the evening after 18:00 there are practically no cars ( I was there on a weekday on Thursday). I checked in after 14:00, when the reception was no longer working, I just went to the entrance to the hospital reception area and they gave me the key to my room, and I handed it back in the same way. I booked a single room in advance. Attached photos and videos from the room and from the Moselle.

Short stay for hospital visit. Very spacious and modern rooms. Top bathroom clean. Unfortunately, the television was almost twenty years old and the main remote control buttons no longer worked. I complained but unfortunately there was no solution.

Unfortunately, I didn't have such a good experience here. My grandmother was in the ward there. It was very difficult for us relatives to speak to a doctor. Unfortunately there were no fixed visit times on the ward. With a longer journey there and back it was very inconvenient. The station was very busy and everyone certainly did their best. Some patients were lying in beds in the hallway, which made me feel very sorry for them.From a technical point of view, everything was very vague for us. We didn't understand why she was suddenly fired. 5 days later (after relief) my grandma had to be admitted to the hospital again (this time to Prüm). Now she has been in love since that time in a coma. Only the doctors in Prüm discovered what she really had. It's a shame that you have to treat people like that.

Room was clean and had everything needed.Unfortunately the bed was worn out.Eating in “canteen style”. But still good. Coffee was good. What more could you want! 😉 Good location on the shore. Spent one night. Parking in the hospital parking garage. Register at the hospital information desk. Would still go there again! Price - performance fits!

Ideal stay if you... B. You have to be at the station at 7 a.m. and have a long journey, so you can arrive comfortably the day before. It's also within walking distance of the city. It can also be reached on foot from the train station in about 15 minutes.
