Hotel rooms are modern and fairly new, parking is unfortunately a bit difficult in the hotel's own parking lot, breakfast is good, everything you need is available

It was really great that we got a room with a parking space for the team late in the evening. Great care, lots of support and good food. The breakfast also met all expectations.Greetings from Melle from Brigitte Ruiken with Hans

We stayed at this hotel in Trier for one night. All in all a good price-performance ratio. The room furnishings themselves are a bit very old-fashioned. Something needs to be done there. However, everything was very clean. The staff very friendly. The location itself offers nothing - it's just a relatively good and inexpensive place to stay if you want to be in Trier. The breakfast is average, as is often the case for hotels in this price range. It's pretty quiet to sleep in the hotel - no heavy traffic.

Good hotels ask when you leave if everything was OK...Here the guest is accused of cheating in the full beer garden and payment must be made in advance. Of course, this saves you the obligatory question in the morning.Overall, you don't know what you want here. Breakfast from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. is in the "fitters' room" category. But the rooms are too good for that. You definitely don't want any holidaymakers otherwise the morning meal would last until at least 10.Unbelievable: at 8:55 the buffet began to be dismantled secretly. Of course it ends at 9. But if there are still three tables, you could let us know ("it's now 9, we're dismantling - now or never").The upper door closer on the ground floor is set so incorrectly that it closes with a loud thud every time.No soap at the hand basin - unique. When I think of “terrace” in the room furnishings, I personally don’t think of it as a shared facility that I have to cross half of the hotel to reach. But it's probably my mistake. The garden furniture is quite wobbly. At least the bench that I had to move in front of my room in order to reach a socket.Still acceptable for our one night. The sad thing is the absolute lack of interest in the guest. Many things, like hand soap in the bathroom, could be implemented so easily and inexpensively.

We stayed as a small family (2 adults, 1 child) in a triple room (double bed plus sofa bed). The room and bathroom (with shower) were very clean and comfortable, as well as equipped with a TV. The only point of criticism is not hand soap, but body and hair shower gel.Unfortunately, we only discovered the parking spaces on the second day - but this was clearly our mistake because we overlooked the information sheet on the table. The breakfast had a sufficient selection of cheese, sausage and sweet spreads. Coffee and juices were delicious, the eggs were freshly cooked.Unfortunately, the restaurant was still half a construction site, but we were still able to have a drink there (we'll try the food on our next visit. The restaurant was definitely busy, so the food there seems to be good). The staff was really very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback to our overnight stay was that late in the evening we unintentionally overheard the conversations of other hotel guests if they took place on the terrace or in the hallway.I've also read the other reviews here and don't understand some of them. Complaining at a high level! Or as my husband says, expect a 5 star hotel for around €100.We were very happy with the value for money and will definitely stay there again.
