Great location! Very friendly staff. extremely helpful!!Sometimes a bit noisy but I could change my room without any problems.Breakfast is particularly noteworthy. I would drive another 500km just for the homemade spreads. Everything prepared with love, including homemade cakes. Also extremely friendly breakfast staff. Top top!

Hotel to slow down, elevator runs at a snail's pace.A traffic jam forms at the coffee machine for breakfast. If you turn on the light in the room, the television disturbs you.Unfortunately only 6 parking spaces available.I wouldn't leave the house alone in the evening

Close to the train station and easy to reach on foot. You can also be in the city in two/three minutes. That's great.The background noise isn't great - there's a busy street out front - I was accommodated facing the back yard - that was much better. However, you should close the window so that you have to listen to the life stories of the breakfast staff at the crack of dawn... unless you're an early riser and interested in the stories.😏The rooms are well furnished, good bed, modern small bathroom, safe, small fridge, TV of sufficient size. Unfortunately no air conditioning, but a fan.Staff One A. Friendly, service and solution-oriented for small and large problems. A very special compliment to the entire team.Breakfast is varied and delicious.All in all, the price-performance ratio is right and I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience, especially because of the great services of the staff and the management of the house.

After a long journey and lost luggage. I came here and it took all my stress away. The staff is very welcoming and so helpful too. We chose the NP Hotel Königshof for a two-day stay in Dortmund because of the affordable price. Basically, it has to be mentioned that the hotel is located on Königswall, a busy main street and therefore very central, but can also be very noisy if your room faces the street.Thanks to the great service, we were able to have a room at the back. Unfortunately, it was almost under the roof and, due to the lack of air conditioning, it was very warm at night at almost 30 degrees. But with the windows open and the fan on it was still bearable.The room was O.K. and properly equipped. A TV with all common channels and the option to watch Netflix, a safe, kettle and refrigerator, as well as a bathtub were available. The bed was great!Likewise the breakfast. Very nice atmosphere, familiar and nicely prepared, you will find everything you need for breakfast.We were able to park our car in one of the hotel's three garages for a fee of EUR 15 per night. Unfortunately, the wallbox installed there was not in operation, which would have been a real plus for our electric car. However, the next charging station with 22 KW is a block away (at the RWE Tower).Another plus point was definitely the good and unobtrusive service. Friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that.I think we would definitely check in at the Königshof again when we are in Dortmund - at least outside of heat periods...

Great room for a great price. The room is clean and big enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. The ladies at reception are very friendly. We were allowed to use the garage box where our car was parked until 3:30 PM. That was very nice. The breakfast was surprisingly good. It was tasty and beautifully presented. And for a very reasonable price. The hotel is not located in a chic area, but you can walk to the center within 5 minutes.
