Since the host has just threatened me with lawyers, I would like to complete or clarify my review as follows. Since Google unfortunately doesn't allow a more detailed rating (limitation of the maximum characters), only this short version:I booked the "apartment" (room) for my wife, so I wasn't there myself, but that's not relevant since I'm only evaluating the booking and the subsequent correspondence with the host. The "Huber Living Basic 210" was booked on Booking.com, which is advertised as a "Superior Studio - Entire studio, 1 kitchen, 26m2 and 1 double bed".In fact, the room does not have a bed, but only a sofa bed or “wall bed”.Since my wife found this extremely uncomfortable, she put the room back after the first night and moved to another hotel.Furthermore, the check-in didn't work because the host took the name incorrectly from the booking and an invoice was only issued upon request. Here are the host's answers to our complaints:*) "Double bed": Reference is made here to the photos on Booking, which do not show a double bed. I was told by email: "If you expected a luxury room with a RUF double bed for this price, then I'm sorry for you, because we don't have such beds." and further "If you think you can book a LUXURY BED and apartment in Munich for this overnight rate, such reviews will come out, which could well be perceived as slander."My personal opinion: If the advertisement says "1 double bed", I actually expect one in a room. I find it a bit irritating to offer the room as a "superior studio" and then argue that "a LUXURY BED" is unlikely for this overnight rate.*) Invoice and incorrect name at check-in: There was probably a certain loss of information when the booking data was passed on from Booking.com via Holidu to the accommodation. It was annoying, but mistakes happen. After some email traffic, a solution was found and a correct invoice was issued.I maintain my 1-star rating despite the "lawyer threat" because I believe that I can actually find a double bed in a "superior studio with a double bed" and because of the unfriendly and by no means accommodating correspondence with the host.

Great, cheap accommodation on the outskirts of Munich. We spent 2 nights here for a concert in Munich. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the S-Bahn station and you can reach downtown Munich in about 25 minutes. Everything was clean and modern and there was a kitchenette. We didn't use this, but we would have been happy with a coffee machine. This could be booked on request, but we would have liked to have known that before booking and then stated it. Otherwise, the apartment is great for a weekend trip to Munich or the surrounding area, but it would have been a bit too small for us for several days. Nevertheless, we would always come back, especially because the price is super cheap compared to accommodation in the city center

Excellent processing through check-in machine.Friendly support by telephone and a large room with an amazingly comfortable folding or folding bed.Only the noisy young people in the evening (due to the proximity to the train stop) were a little annoying, but the operator can't do anything about that.

Apartment very well locatedOverall, the apartment was clean, spacious and modernly furnishedEquipment, especially in the kitchen, left something to be desired (hardly any cutlery, only one pot). No problem for a short stay, but if you stay longer you will have problems here. There were two toasters, one of which was broken.Overall the apartment was very noisy.

Cheap, centrally located, simply furnished accommodation. However, on hot summer days it was almost unbearable in the apartment (no air conditioning, no fan) and the guests at the game room on the ground floor were quite loud in the evenings - keeping the patio door closed was not an option due to the temperature. Maybe less of a problem at other times of the year.

Great accommodation in a central location. The apartment has everything you need. We were able to park our camper free of charge in the complex's parking lot. However, air conditioning in the apartment would have been good for warm days. But all in all we had a very pleasant stay.
