Small, clean apartment with mini kitchen. Appropriately furnished.Bed is very comfortable. The view from the balcony is great. Ms. Klotz is a very friendly host. The farm is located outside of Grainau, if you are looking for peace and quiet you will find it here.

We've been vacationing with the Klotz family for over 25 years - we've been coming twice a year for the last 10 years - and we always feel completely at home. The holiday apartment is comfortably furnished and the surroundings are simply fantastic. You're right in nature, you can go on hikes and excursions, and the train and bus are nearby. You don't even need a car.The Klotz family takes great care to ensure that the holiday apartments are clean and tidy, because the next guests also want to feel comfortable.It's quiet and relaxing to vacation there. The Klotz family are very nice landlords, we always receive a very friendly welcome and enjoy the wonderful time there. We always like to come back!It's almost that time again - we're really looking forward to it!

I left early. My apartment was above the landlord's bedroom and doesn't seem to be insulated... using the phone at room volume after 10 p.m. led to loud complaints from the landlady. I also surprised her when she checked my apartment without asking... really an absurdity. I'm coming I would like to go back to Grainau but definitely not there.

Great apartment.We would like to thank the Klotz family very much for two wonderful weeks of vacation. Being so close to the mountains gave us pure relaxation. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortably furnished. The fresh milk every day was something special. We would love to come back. Baumann family

I have been visiting the Klotz family for several years now. The farm is in a very idyllic, yet central location. The family is very hospitable, reserved, very personable - I really enjoy being there and can only recommend it.

We left today earlier than planned. The landlord entered our apartment several times for no reason while we were away and checked, among other things, whether all the lamps and power strips were off and whether the detergent bottles were closed. When I asked him that he should call before he violated our privacy for no reason, I was met with no understanding.Especially during the current Covid situation, I don't need strangers secretly snooping in our apartment over and over again for no reason.In addition, the apartment is littered with signs stating what you are not allowed to do. Therefore, I can only assume that these secret visits are not an isolated case.

Very nice landlord, the early bread roll service is at its best. Clean apartment and the view of the Waxensteine from the balcony is magnificent. It is very quiet at night, you can only hear the occasional cowbell from the nearby pastures.

Beautiful cozy holiday apartments. The house is centrally located in Grainau. The view from the house to the Waxensteine, the Kreuzeck and towards Garmisch is ideal. We have been coming for many years and are already looking forward to our next vacation!
