The whole hotel has seen better days. The location is very nice in the green and practical if you are traveling with a dog. Our room was tidy and spacious for 3 people. Unfortunately the carpet smelled a bit. The surface of the dining table in the living room was not clean, you could still see crumbs from food. There was also an old dried contact lens on the bedside table in one of the two bedrooms, probably from the guests in front of it, which wasn't very appetizing either.The staff was friendly, helpful and very fond of dogs.Breakfast was very good for a Comtinental breakfast for €10, there were fresh vegetables, delicious little croissants and hard-boiled eggs.

Unfortunately our visit did not meet our expectations at all. A family of 5 with 3 teenagers.The main double bed was broken which we discovered late and therefore nothing could be done. I slept on the floor :-(Our rooms were very dusty and unused and tired.Breakfast was bad.It's a shame but it happens every so often, I'm reviewing to save others the hassle.

This hotel is very tired and not very clean. The slats of one of the beds were very broken meaning the bed was uncomfortable.|Breakfast was basic. There was a cat wandering around the breakfast room.|It's a lovely location and it could be a nice hotel with some investment.

We spent one night in the Burkartsmühle with children. Conclusion: Expensive accommodation, shabby room with a service where everything needs to be said.Location:The hotel is quietly located in the forest and offers potential for quiet hours.There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel, some of which are in the hotel rooms, the path to our room led through the restaurant. Terrible for everyone.Room:Phew, carpet with countless stains, smell of old rooms, beds soft and worn out. Bathroom is renovated and looked good, well maintained.In the room we heard the guests in the restaurant and we also heard the Indian food in the room.Service:Booked for 4 people, towels and bed only set up for 3 people. When we asked, we received a wet blanket. Instead of apologizing, the innkeeper demanded that we say it again. I think it makes sense for 4 people to have 4 blankets. Especially since we paid €260 for one night.Breakfast:Small room, offering is sufficient, all in all ok.

Quiet location in beautiful Hofheim on the edge of the forest, clean hotel, large rooms with comfortable beds (soft mattress). Very friendly staff, even a late arrival was possible.

The hotel is very old. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right at all. (95€ per night)It's not the room furnishings from the 60s, but rather the furniture where the surface is cracking due to age and moisture and something is falling from the ceiling in the bathroom or the joints are moldy. When I asked for a cappuccino at breakfast, the answer was: “Exceptionally, as there is a lot going on” (4 other guests at the table). The employee looked really stressed because he actually had to get up from his chair.

SUPER quiet hotel in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. Sanitary exemplary, staff friendly.Restaurant in the house - Indian - with great cuisine.All in all a very good one.

Nice large clean room (no. 4) and the bathroom lived up to its name because it had a bath. The room has a desk with a chair and also 2 chairs and a table and of course a TV. The bed mattresses are soft. And you have free WiFi, but it drops out all the time and is really very slow.

Business traveler, arrived at 7 p.m., room ice cold, restaurant closed, not visible on the HRS page, minibar, although advertised, not available, hotel bar, although advertised not available, no drinks fridge, very dry affair. Very worn and the floors very stained. Breakfast very simple. A very nice location but not recommended!

The room is very run down, the toilet lid is cracked, the sink is cracked and the drain is rusty, the door to the bathroom could not be locked properly and the ventilation (if there was one, there was a corresponding grille) didn't work. . There were several air fresheners on the cupboard, but I can't say what was supposed to be covered up. The breakfast for €10 was a joke, I left the first roll behind because the spread was bad. The selection was also very limited, apparently because we were the only guests...well...still the breakfast wasn't cheaper...I'm often traveling where I need a room for one or two nights and most of the ones that don't even cost half as much are a lot better. You shouldn't be fooled by the name either...I think there was a change of ownership and the good times are over. But staff was polite. The city is one kilometer away.
