Wonderful family-run hotel. Very personal and not aloof. A hotel with a feel-good character.There are enough parking spaces available. Great, new rooms very well equipped.A breakfast that is impressive with many in-house products.The spa area is comfortable and sufficient. Very nice welcome, apartments are well equipped. Towels and bathrobes are sufficiently provided in the room.The grounds and hotel look very well maintained and designed with a lot of love. We were allowed to bring our male Labrador with us without any problems; he even had a welcome greeting (blanket, bowls, treats...) waiting for him in the apartment. We felt very welcome. The location is great, you can quickly get to the town center, the mountains, the Zugspitzbahn and many hiking routes. We'd love to come back!

I would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay in your hotel. Our stay at the Bayern Resort was simply fantastic and we enjoyed every minute.The rooms are beautifully designed and offer a pleasant atmosphere in which to relax. We were particularly excited about the breakfast – it was fantastic! The homemade delicacies such as jam and egg salad were a special highlight.The pool area was also highly recommended. It was wonderful to relax there and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Zugspitze. The absolute highlight of our stay, however, was the spa area. What was particularly impressive was that when we asked, the sauna and steam bath were turned on immediately, so we only had a short waiting time of 20-30 minutes, which we spent relaxing by the pool. The hot tub with a view of the mountains was simply amazing!A big compliment also to your staff. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and always listened to our wishes.The area around the hotel was also a real eye-catcher. From the impressive view of the Zugspitze to the cows that we could even pet, we were thrilled.We are sure we will come back in winter to repeat this wonderful experience again.Thanks again for everything!With kind regards,ZANDER

Our stay at the Bayern Resort was simply unforgettable! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm smile and an atmosphere that immediately gave us the feeling of vacation and relaxation. The resort is located in a breathtaking natural setting, surrounded by majestic mountains and lush green meadows - a paradise for nature lovers!Our room was not only tastefully decorated, but also incredibly comfortable and clean. You can immediately feel that attention is paid to every detail. The beds were so comfortable that we slept like we were on clouds every night.The breakfast was an absolute highlight - a fantastic selection of fresh, regional products that left nothing to be desired. We particularly liked the homemade specialties, which were prepared with a lot of love.The spa was the perfect place to relax after an active day in the mountains. The sauna with panoramic views and the soothing massages rounded off our stay perfectly.But what really makes this resort special is the hospitality. The entire team was incredibly attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. You can feel that people are passionate about their work here.We can warmly recommend the Bayern Resort to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing and eventful holiday in one of the most beautiful regions in Germany. A very nice hotel. Located in town on a small hill. This way you can look past the other houses in the area. The location and view is magnificent. All the employees were friendly and on the ball. And since Corona it has been difficult for the catering industry to get decent staff. Of course, not everything runs smoothly here either, due to the staff shortage. Nevertheless, you can clearly see that everyone here is doing their best (for the person who wrote the review before mine). The breakfast is great, good selection. Lots of very tasty homemade treats, mhhh ;))Small but, the rolls are not good. Hotel rolls (a little smaller than normal, and oh yes you call them rolls) can possibly be made with a local baker. As a note from my wife, everything is very lovingly furnished with an eye for detail. Thank you very much for everything. We'd love to come back!!!Greetings from the north

Positive: great varied breakfast with homemade food, beautifully furnished rooms and wellness area (if it could be used...) very good location in GrainauNegative: Sauna is only switched on upon request from 3 p.m. at the earliest and then switched off again after 2 hours, regardless of whether you sit inside or not, there are no organized infusions, you are not welcome to do the infusion yourself. The steam bath and ice fountain are not turned on at all, use the whirlpool at your own risk (cover broken - it suddenly folds down and you get a headbutt), bath towels for the pool and sauna are only available with a signature, the vitality corner only consists of tea (but you have to change it yourself). take care of the samovar) and water with two orange slices floating in it, lounger cushions not available. When it comes to wellness, I imagine something different. You only get a second room key reluctantly, the breakfast terrace with a unique view was not allowed to be used even in the nicest weather, there is no coffee machine in the room but has to be rented for a fee, the guest card is only handed over after repeated requests, if you want room cleaning you have to inquire as there is not enough staff.Profit maximization on the backs of the guests par excellence - price/performance ratio is not given here. We booked based on the consistently positive reviews from others but were really disappointed. If we hadn't had to pay everything in advance on the day of arrival, we would have left on the third day at the latest.

The hotel leaves nothing to be desired. We wanted a healthy mix of activities and relaxation, which is exactly what the hotel was able to offer us. We were able to store and store our e-bikes in our own garage, with which we were quickly at the Eibsee/Zugspitz lift in Garmisch Patenkirchen. Very good restaurants were also within walking distance. The location was also perfect for SUP riding (Eibsee and Walchensee).The hotel is furnished with attention to detail and both the view of the mountain from the hotel room and the wellness area made the holiday unforgettable and you could relax very well. The breakfast there was also very good and the staff was very quick, always friendly and helpful. We can only recommend it and would go there again at any time. Beautiful hotel, furnished with a lot of love. The operators (mother and daughter) put a lot of effort into making their guests feel comfortable. Great breakfast with homemade cream cheese variations, jams, etc., which I have never experienced in this variety before. Perfect for vegetarians!Terrace with a great view of the Waxenstein. Natural pool, sauna.Reception is not staffed 24/7. You can get cool drinks in the lounge and pay on a trust basis

The Bayern Resort is a very nice hotel and is absolutely recommended! You immediately feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Lots of attention to detail, great hosts and staff, everyone very friendly! There is absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect. If there were 10 stars, we would give 10 stars, we are already looking forward to the next time!
